Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Stopped at the mall after a bus trip for dinner. Looked up restaurants avaiable and Ruscello sounded like a good option. Wasn't aware of it inside Nordstrom. It was a delicious Italian restaurant. Really enjoyed the lemon chicken gnocchi. And the waitress we had was very good!!

We arrived as they opened. Wait staff was a little disorganized on beverages, coffee refills, and water. The food was quick and delicious, and we sampled the salmon couscous, pasta bolognese (a little light on the sauce), and mushroom ravioli. Overall a very good experience. The holiday cocktail with cranberries, champagne, and spices was wonderful.

We had a wonderful girls shopping lunch at Ruscello. The gluten free pasta special was delicious! They are very accommodating with food allergies.

Almost Perfecto... fresh ingredients, attractive presentation and delicious food GREAT SERVICE Only one small issue....The Music with the pounding beat could have been turned down one notch so it would have truly been “ background” music

Service was ok, we felt very rushed. We were sitting down for less than 15 seconds and she was asking what we wanted to drink. We asked for a few minutes and she seemed annoyed. The food was good, slightly overpriced. I had a spritz it was good but also overpriced. We were half way done with our food and she brought the bill, yet never asked if everything was good or if we needed anything. It wasn't busy so not sure what the rush was.

Sophia was a delightful server. The lobster bisque and tomato soup was great. Sandwiches were fresh and flavorful. We bought two jars of tomato soup to take home. We'll definitely be back.

We just got the Carmel frozen coffee, and I loved it. Better than Starbucks, I wanted something different (coffee) and it turned out to be a great choice.

Really loved this place. We had a 6:30pm reservation but we really didn't need it because the place was empty. We had excellent service and our waitress had good recommendations. The food came out steaming hot and well cooked. Not the least expensive place but definitely a hidden gem in the mall worth visiting!

Quite surprised by all the positive reviews. Not sure if we were unlucky. I ordered a beer and it was never brought. Server didn't speak with us and I couldn't address the issues we had with the food. Soup was good. Chicken salad and calamari were really bad

The service was fine, but I ordered a cappuccino and it came to me half full. For that price. I should get a full cup of cappuccino, not 3 inches of foam.

Quality of food was subpar. Soup was bland . This place was overpriced for what we ordered with no flavor. No need to rush back

Always liked Nordstrom Café, but today the whole experience was just average. Table was dirty and needed to be cleaned off, server was partially attentive and food was average. In general, I find the overall Nordstrom needs to pick me up.

One of our favorite places to have lunch, the service and food are always excellent. We always request Danny or Katie, they're both outstanding!

We love the Nordstrom cafe ! It's such a nice quiet place to have lunch or dinner ! The food is always good and the service is great ! My granddaughters absolutely love the Mac n cheese there ! They say it's the best !
