We're from out of town and stopped because of the google reviews. Google photos were confusing as we didn't find a sit-down restaurant or area, it was just the food truck. But we enjoyed our steak and chorizo tacos - just found ourselves wishing our tortillas were a little less dry.

We used Edgar's Taco truck for our August 2024 wedding. He was easy to work with, arrived on time, and served amazing food. People were going back for more. Good pricing, excellent service.
I placed a simple order in person, 6 carnitas tacos, and it took 35 minutes. Normally I'd just accept that some places take that long, but they weren't busy and they informed us that it would be out quickly. Moreover, I was not given any sauces, the order was not boxed as requested, and my request for cheese on only half of the tacos was ignored. Each taco was $4. In terms of taste, I'd be generous with a 3.5/5. If you have some time to kill, maybe you will have a better experience.

SIXTEEN dollars i was charged for burrito with just rice and beans. it was about the size of my hand. it was also MICROWAVED. insanity! the two good things were the workers were friendly and the courtyard is really nice. i mean even taco bell doesn't microwave food right? i don't get it! my mind is truly boggled. authentic this ain't it!
Edgar put together the best tacos I’ve ever had. A hidden spot in the strip district to look forward to!

I never leave bad reviews on small businesses, but this time I feel like I must to warn everyone First off the tacos are very expensive for what's being offered additionally, the chicken taste like metal and the salsa bar had VERY few limited options .
