Typical dirty dive with hostile regulars who act as if they own the neighborhood. Bartender didn’t know how to make a whiskey sour which is perhaps the most basic drink ever. Bar its self is dirty, uninviting, offers no food, and very limited drink selection. Only thing this place has going for it is the cheap prices and there’s a reason their swill is cheap. Definitely not a place to drink unless you want dirty looks from regulars while you try to drink swill served in a plastic cup.

I came here on Thanksgiving Friday 2022 and as soon as I sat the bartender told me she was not allowed to serve me. I asked why, I had never been to this bar before, I even showed her my ID and told her I had Googled bars near me this bar came up. After clearing everything up she was willing to serve me and told me she had confused me with someone else but it was too late they rubbed me off the wrong way I just left respectfully. It felt so bad especially being one of two black guys in there.
Stumbled upon this place while in town for the Steelers game. They made my crew and I feel welcomed and at home. Even shared their holiday food with us! Lovely bartenders, great prices and EVERYONE was friendly. Would definitely come back if I visit Pittsburgh again!
