The manager and the employees at this Einstein location are top notch. Cater to their customers and are fast when they know we need to get back to the office. Really appreciate how they get to know their regular customers and even call us by name. My favorite breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Pittsburgh. These guys are what keeps customers coming back for sure

When we go to places like this, we usually order a variety of different dishes and share them together, and this time at Einstein Bar, we did the same. It was our first time visiting Einstein Bar, which was close to our hotel and had great Google reviews. One of the dishes we ordered was the brisket sandwich, which looked very different from the picture we had seen. Honestly, with all the information available on social media, everyone recommends not making marketing pictures look so different from what you actually serve. Another sandwich we got, which had avocado and egg, looked exactly like the picture on the menu. Overall, all the sandwiches were very delicious, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere where we felt we could sit for a long time. We even ordered extra to take away. We enjoyed it overall and would recommend it if you're nearby.
Vegetarian options: Have some options with no animal protein.
Dietary restrictions: No option for Gluten free people.
Parking: It’s in downtown and not easy to find a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: Good for kids.

I have been in Pittsburgh for a few days now for work and have been disappointed by the food and service of several locations. After a rather upsetting door dash last night I decided I would walk down to Einstein's so I could see what I was getting myself into before I purchased another depressing meal, and I'm so happy I did. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was warm and inviting uplifting my spirits. Then once I saw the display bar of bagel I knew this was going to be good. I was a little worried seeing not many ppl inside waiting, maybe the food isn't as good as it looks, but my fears were soon taken away. The staff is professional, efficient, and focused to make sure your wait time is not long but you still receive picture worthy food. I ordered the All Nighter breakfast sandwich and a vanilla cold brew with cream. My coffee was the perfect satisfaction to my caffeine addiction. It wasn't to sweet or bitter, nor was it lacking coffee being over powered by ice. Ohh but the sandwich!!! It restored my belief that there is good food in this city. The hashbrown bagel was soft and buttery on the inside but had a beautiful crunch on the outside, with the right amount of egg, bacon, and cheese so it was not to overwhelming.I only have one more day here, but I will come back before I leave. I hope they keep up the good work. They only suggestion I have is for Mike who took my order, smile more, you're doing a great job. First impressions is everything and this place made a great impression at the door.

This is the place I stop at when I am in downtown Pittsburgh during the morning. The bagels are tasty, especially with cream cheese, and the coffee is delicious. I look forward to eating at Einstein's at least once per week and would do so even if I wasn't going downtown for something else. I prefer Einstein bagels over all other restaurant bagels and, especially, over store bought bagels.

We were in town for a martial arts tournament and Einstein Bros came in clutch with healthy, delicious breakfast options. The staff was always friendly and the service was quick every time we stopped in. I highly recommend the avocado toast. I also enjoyed the garden avocado egg sandwich. At this particular location, there was plenty of seating, so we often ate the meal on the spot rather than grabbing it to go. I'm going to remember this spot for next year!
