I love Einsteins but this location is perfect because it is right downtown in one of the large buildings and the aesthetic is perfect. We got really good bagels and were able to take them and eat in the go!
One of the few breakfast spots open early. Food was pretty basic but it is fast food. I ordered turkey bagel and they gave me sausage. Welp. At least it's a great place to chill before a conference event.

At 6:15 am I asked for 1/2 Dozen, and two sandwiches and they were done within 10 minutes.
Not all bagels are presented in the case in the morning. They usually have a bunch in the back. Ask for what you want if you don't see it there.
