We stopped in here to grab a quick breakfast and to kill some time before we started our day and I'm so glad we did! The staff were so friendly, the food and coffee were so good (and the selection of bagels and schmears were great!), and the space has a nice atmosphere. If it hadn't been a Friday and they weren't closed the rest of the weekend, we would have returned the next day for breakfast. But we'll be back next time we're in town!
Excellent service. The two people working the day I visited were 100% focused. Terse, yes. Focused yes. You ask for it and they'll get it to you in a very short amount of time.
At 6:15 am I asked for 1/2 Dozen, and two sandwiches and they were done within 10 minutes.
Not all bagels are presented in the case in the morning. They usually have a bunch in the back. Ask for what you want if you don't see it there.

I love Einsteins but this location is perfect because it is right downtown in one of the large buildings and the aesthetic is perfect. We got really good bagels and were able to take them and eat in the go!
