I ordered the Maplehouse sandwich and it was really delicious. The bagel really gave French toast and there was enough sweet without it being overbearing. The sausage and bacon helped with a savory and bit of salt. Egg wasn't really a factor, but I'd ask for a soft yolk. I didn't add the honey almond schmeer or cheddar cheese. I'd order it again 😄

I came here multiple times for breakfast while staying in the area for a convention. The bagels were so good (I cannot recommend the pizza bagel enough) and the staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. Food is yummy but I have this thing where I see people wearing gloves for food handling and also taking payment, so that’s my only gripe. Happy they’re open at 6am

Took 3X to ring up my order correctly . $3.19 for an Iced Tea? And it wasn’t even full. Really the cheapest thing in the restaurant and you can’t even fill it to the top. (Not like I am going to add milk. )

Every time I come here there is less and less schmear on the bagel. I've never had so little schmear on a bagel anywhere(let alone an Einstein's). It also doesn't seem to matter which employee is making the bagel - I think this might be a manager level idea to save money on schmear? I literally can't think of any reason where there would be one teaspoon of schmear on each side of the bagel.

Walked in there to order and employees just stare at you. No greeting, nothing. One guy working had his toddler and baby's momma outside running around and he was taking breaks to go out and play with his kid instead of helping me. Super low class looking employees who don't look like they want to be there. I will not go back.
