I ordered the Maplehouse sandwich and it was really delicious. The bagel really gave French toast and there was enough sweet without it being overbearing. The sausage and bacon helped with a savory and bit of salt. Egg wasn't really a factor, but I'd ask for a soft yolk. I didn't add the honey almond schmeer or cheddar cheese. I'd order it again 😄
I came here multiple times for breakfast while staying in the area for a convention. The bagels were so good (I cannot recommend the pizza bagel enough) and the staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. Great hot chocolate, ask for it not on menu board. Samiches are good and cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter 😋😋😋 Just wanted to add, Dunkin is closed for the next 3 weeks for a remodel as is So Fresh. So come to Einstein Bros 😋😋😋
