The bagel I ordered was terrible. No flavor and the consistency like bread rather than a bagel. There was barely any cream cheese on it. Also I asked for it cut in half and they did not cut it. Should’ve saved my money and bought a pack of grocery store bagels. Even that would be better.

This is suppose to be the Santa Fe sandwich I have no meat no salsa jus egg and cheese and it is not fresh cold brew coffee with Carmel flavor taste jus like black coffee and pinch of cream of course they don’t answer their phones this will the last time I order from here it’s a problem everytime.

Such a cute little shop, the breakfast sandwich was pretty good, the coffee was excellent. Quick service and my order was just what it was supposed to be!

Hadn't stopped here for a while and just stopped for breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately it's completely unedible The bacon is not even cooked the tomatoes are tasteless the avocado is also. And I didn't even get the bagel that I asked for. Might as well have just taking the $10 and threw it in the garbage can.

It’s really difficult to order a bagel because the bagels are blocked by boxes, and it’s hard to see the different types of bagels. There isn’t a menu board showing the different types of bagels.
I did contact the Einstein Bagel customer service department, but they failed to write back or contact me in any way. If anybody else has luck with customer service and you have an issue, let me know.

Definitely one of the best breakfast bagels I've had. Get the maple house bagel

From the reviews, we were under the impression that they had gluten free bagels. Well they don't!
Rest of family said their meals were fair but did not need to come back again.

Usually don't mention any chain restaurants, however I think they
have some of the best bagels in Pittsburgh.

This is somewhere between a chill place to get a bagel and fast food joint.
The bagels are between okay and good, the service is great.

I recently visited Einstein Brothers and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The ambiance was ruined by excessively loud music, despite my polite request for it to be lowered due to its disruptive volume. The manager or employee, Rayan, refused, insisting it wasn’t loud, even though it was clearly distracting and overwhelming. This lack of consideration for customers’ comfort greatly impacted my enjoyment of the visit, leading us to leave for a different place. Hopefully, the management takes feedback seriously and addresses such issues promptly to ensure a more pleasant dining environment for all patrons.
