I went here for breakfast with my family, the food was good and the service was great considering how busy they were.
There was at least 20 people in this small shop for at all times while we were there and the employees were crushing it.

I have never made a google review but I am absolutely shocked by the middle aged, blonde staff member working today. The woman in front of me had special needs and this employee treated her disgustingly. The woman got a little bit confused about her order and the staff member ripped the bag out of her hand and told her to go sit and wait and for her name. She laughed at her and complained to her coworkers in front of me. I then asked for mine to go and the woman rolled her eyes and sighed and walked away. I had to ask another person to confirm. I am shocked this woman works in customer service. Another customer complained to me about the interaction and was just as shocked as myself. She should not work in customer service and should learn kindness.

Store opened 10 min late. We had placed a mobile order since app said 6. Pulled thru drive thru but lights were out and no one acknowledged us, so we pulled into the lot and waited for the lights to come on. Pulled back into the drive thru where we were asked to wait. After almost 15 more minutes they asked for our order. Our food was cold. Einstein coffee cups/lids are also garbage. Lid popped off cup and spilled all over me and the car.

It's a bagel shop the biggest problem is their employees are unprofessional disrespectful individuals and Einsteins is a company has no standards that are enforced. Take your business to Panera we are actually treated with respect

I recently visited Einstein Bros. Bagels with my husband and uncle for breakfast, and while it was a decent experience, it didn't really stand out compared to other local spots. My uncle ordered the cinnamon roll and orange juice. While it was fresh and sweet, it wasn't anything that would make you crave it again. I went with the 6-cheese bagel toasted with cream cheese, paired with a caramel macchiato. The bagel was good, with a nice cheese flavor. The caramel macchiato was solid but not the best I've had. My husband tried the nova lox on an asiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was fresh, and the cream cheese added a nice kick, the lox tasted fresh. Everything was fine but not exceptional.
The restaurant itself was clean, which was nice, but the seating was limited. The staff was friendly but clearly overwhelmed and busy, which made the service feel slightly slower than expected. Overall, Einstein Bros. Bagels offers a solid breakfast, but it doesn't have that wow factor you might find at other breakfast spots nearby.

The egg cheese and avocado sandwich may have been the most perfectly made sandwich I had in my lifetime. The caramel macchiato was also spectacular.

Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches while people behind me were getting their food first. Then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for 1 coffee. Won't be back
Staff is rude unfriendly and ignores u. We waited 30 mins and never got our food (two bagels) and everyone behind us did. When we asked for a refund staff didn’t apologize or offer any explanation. Probably the worst location I’ve ever been to.

The rudest place i have been to consistently in Pittsburgh. if you are that sour to work there atleast dont ruin other peoples mornings. Looks like i am not the only one who had this experience

Worst cold brew I ever had in my life. There was no cream in it, she said for me to go to the coffee stand for some. Bagel was dry and not enough cream cheese. Workers very unfriendly and not welcoming at all.
