Came in today for a very simple sandwich, like I do weekly at this location. Today I was charged an extra $4-5 for my normal, everyday order. Totally fine, because I understand it’s not a usual order & sometimes there’s questions on how to ring it in. Because of this being an issue, I have a picture of how it’s meant to be rang in. Tried to show & express that to the cashier & just got a really hostile & rude response in return. Ruined my morning tbh lol. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Their employees seem to be a lot nicer at this location now. I believe they recently hired on some better staff because the service is much better. Whatever is going on, keep it up! 👍🏻

Twice in a row I’ve ordered a Fruit Cereal Pop. Once a couple weeks ago and once today. I guess they didn’t have it so they just didn’t give me it. No refund, no asking if I want something else instead, just plain old didn’t get it.

Hi. I’m Uber driver. I started my journey 3 months ago. I received order from Einstein Bros more times. I really don’t understand why some people are so annoyed, not well behaved even don’t know how to say hi. So how many times l entered to this place not everybody some of the staff who work there are so mean, unfriendly. Mainly a young lady who works there is so rude. I would like to talk with their manager or owner because when they are hiring employees they have to tell them to communicate with people nicely, well, educated( greeting, communicating…) why you hired like that not well behaved person in your store? How many times l don’t accept orders from this store because I don’t want to see their mean face ( some of them). This time if she will be mean I will ask her name and I post with her name too, because it is so unfair.

The new October sandwich was beyond nasty! I ordered it with no Swiss cheese. So what did they do? They slathered a ton of that processed tasting cheese sauce in it so much that I could barely taste the bacon or eggs. Whether this was done intentionally or in just plain ignorance is beyond me. I just couldn't eat it, I'm not a condiment queen 🙄 Poorly presented for the price.

Staff was unwelcoming, inattentive, unfriendly. Since I’ve been coming here i have sensed a toxic workplace environment that spreads to customers. They were out of almost all the bagel varieties by 10 am on a Friday morning. In these situations, it typically trickles down from owner/manager to create this kind of consistent toxicity. And it doesn’t surprise me that operations suffer as a result.
