The food is decent, but you can expect to wait at least two hours for them to have your order ready.
Wait time was quite long. I recommend ordering ahead of time, maybe like 1-2 hours before. I ordered about 11:30 am and ended up getting my order around 2 which was during my lecture. There is poor communication between the Pitt Eats app and the actual orders. Food is decent, nothing surprising but still a good breakfast place to go to.
I cannot recommend this place if you're not a student with a meal plan. If you don't get in bright and early, your simple order takes anywhere from 20min all the way to 2 hours. If you mobile order, you still have to wait in a 5-15min line just to pick it up when it's ready. They frequently mess up your order. The bagels are worse than Bruggers and are priced higher.
food is okay, expensive and absolutely not worth the money. workers are rude and the wait times are utterly ridiculous. the app told me it would take 45mins but i didnt get it for 2 hours. when i finally got my order, the worker handed me an incorrect item, and when I asked if it could be corrected, she was rude and dismissive.
Worst experience at Einsbro.

Wow this really put a damper on my morning. The only credit I can give them was that they were super busy and that was defiantly a contributing factor to how miserable the employees were. The lady checking out courtney’s kept asking everyone why they weren’t using the mobile app to order and I think it’s because a lot of us aren’t using credit cards were using our campuses cash which we have to swipe our university cards for, pretty sure you can’t do that on the app. She was extremely rude and all I wanted was a bagel :( Everyone’s stressed around here the least we can do is treat eachother with respect.

After ordering online, they give you a target pick up time for your order. This time is completely useless. It took over an hour after not even my initial order time, but my target pick up time, for a toasted bagel. Other students also waited over an hour when they were advertised their order would be ready far sooner. Do not even consider coming here if you don’t have at least 2 hours to kill waiting for a bagel.
Went to this place today, and it is closed.

Never on time. Either too early or an hour

Used to be fine but now sucks. Bagel quality is the same (fine) but wait times are through the roof, the kiosk system lacks several items, and there's no queue now so trying to buy say a yogurt is awkward as

This place is so slow, and they don’t recognize kiosk order sometimes. I had an hour of break and had to waste it all there, for a bagel.disappointing that I have no closer choice.

There is something fundamentally wrong with this business. The employees all seem like they work very hard but it takes ~30 minutes for a simple bagel with butter. I could walk behind the counter and grab it myself in <15 seconds. I don’t know what the cause is for this but it’s almost always faster for me to walk down to Forbes and get breakfast there than it is to get food from this cafe in my building.
Could I give a zero?I ordered a coffee from the little kiosk and then waited over an hour before asking someone about it behind the register. Rudely, she told me that after placing an order on the kiosk that I had to then let someone know that I placed an order before they would make the order.**What is the point of the using the kiosk to place an order if I'm required to then go to the register and let them know I placed an order?? Isn't the entire purpose of the kiosk to NOT have to order at the register??**I will gladly walk across the street and pay a little more at Starbucks instead of dealing with the dysfunction of this place.
