It was unpleasant to get a portion of arrogant attitude instead of a portion of tacos ðŸ˜

We love this little restaurant and have been getting takeout from here nearly every Saturday for the past couple of years. The shrimp tacos and flying saucer are recommended, as is the chili relleno burrito. Definitely get the chips and salsa.

I ordered a takeout dinner for my family. I paid for it and drove to pick it up about 20 minutes later. When I arrived I found that a customer before me had taken my order and was rude. Then I was in the restaurant with no food. The server was dismissive and unapologetic, said I had to wait another 20 minutes. I said I understood why the previous customer was rude and demanded a refund. The server filmed me while I was complaining.

Their delivery service doesn't work. Hour late and when we called got a shoulder hump attitude as a response. Pick up or use a third party.

13.99 for an order of 4 rolled tacos with unmelted cheese and no additional toppings?? 4 small tortillas , a small amount of chicken and a sprinkle of cheap Mexican taco style cheese and y’all are going to charge $14? That’s CRAZY!
My first time trying this place. I ordered a California burrito it was just ok. I had an official California burrito and this just didn’t taste like one. Lacking flavor nothing about it screamed Mexican. Highly disappointed because of the high reviews on the burrito is which why I chose this place. I wouldn’t buy it again that’s for sure.

It’s great to see them offering vegan cheese and sour cream. Chorizo was solid, potato taco was undercooked and under-seasoned.

I called to place an order the girl that answered said oh yes hold on. Waited about 3mins hung up called back she turned the phones off for ordering. I will be stopping into the store in the morning
I’ve been here before and it was so good but this time was disappointing. I ordered chips and salsa with the mahi mahi tacos and asked what was on the tacos. The girl told me a list of ingredients including at least cheese, cabbage, cilantro, onion, sour cream, salsa. I asked for no onions or sauce and I ended up getting tacos with just a small piece of fish and a handful of cabbage. I asked about the other ingredients like the cilantro and cheese and she gave me some cheese but never any cilantro. It wasn’t very filling for $20 (tacos were $13) I was the only person there and it just felt like no one working wanted bothered.
