Place displayed it self on open on Doordash and when the driver got there to get my 20 dollar burrito all the staff were inside sitting at a table with the doors locked. This happened at 10 PM well before their 4am closing time. I used to get this place all the time and have spent alot of money there and I was offered 0 refund. Absolutely terrible service I called the restaurant 15 times trying to see what was going on and didn’t get one answer from their phones. Never getting this again considering all staff were in the restaurant sitting at one table, not working, with the doors locked while watching my dasher try to get in and doing nothing.

I did not think it was possible to build a bowl with these many options and it had Zero Flavor. The blandness of the rice , veggies and beans was significant considering it built the base of the bowl , spicy ground beef was so greasy I decided 1 bite was more than enough..

They don't charge extra for guac and queso yet they do for an extra wrap.Extremely inconsistent portion size.I would still go to chipotle.

Chose tacos and was able to try three proteins without it costing extra. Loved the variety of toppings. The roasted vegetables and mango salsa were delightful. The pickled onions are also very tasty, but adding them will potentially overwhelm everything else on the taco.

There was a screw in my food! I ordered delivery for lunch & when I opened my order there was a screw in my bowl. I'm not sure how this happened. Where did the screw come from? Some of the toppings were surrounding the screw & sour cream was drizzled on top so someone had to see it.

El Jefe’s has pretty good food that is only beat by authentic mexican restaurants. The prices are fair and so are portion sizes. Orders can sometimes take a while to be made, especially during the nightly rush on weekends. Sometimes there are unsettling people in the restaurant which make me uncomfortable—I still feel safe however.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options.Dietary restrictions: options for vegans and vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: Food for kids

This place is really awesome. Such value and very high quality ingredients. I got the fajita bowl both times. Three proteins and unlimited toppings for under $14 you really can’t beat it.

The food is really good. They make it to order and you can customize it. I love the quesadillas. Always good.
