A stop on the way through Pittsburgh as I am not from the area. Was a great place to get out and stretch legs and great for the kids to let out some energy and have a break from traveling in the car. Very clean and surprisingly very well priced as arcades we have in our area is so expensive. My husband and I appreciated that this place is very reasonably priced felt like a family owned place and it showed very cool. Will plan to come back in the future for sure!

Terrible service. It took two hours to get our food. If you’re looking to get in and out, I don’t recommend.

Zone 28 is a pretty big family fun center in the area as there is not much to do. Gets pretty crowded on the weekends and the prices are much higher than most bowling alleys. They have an arcade, laser tag, a bar and a restaurant and the prices are a bit high for that area. At least it is well maintained and the bowling shoes were pretty new and so were the bowling balls and lanes. We had to wait an hour to bowl and there was a long wait. I think they should have time limits during the weekends so more people can enjoy a game. Attendants working the bowling alley were really friendly and worked hard.

We bought the Presidents Day special and had an hour to bowl, game of lazer tag, and $80 in arcade games for $80 total. We had a great time bowling and great service. We enjoyed the pretzel appetizer and fries!! Family fun for a good price!

Good beer selection but the service always leaves a lot to be desired

Visited for a themed trivia night, the event was fun and well attended. As such the service was a bit slower but nothing out of the ordinary for a bar with so many people. They had a full menu with casual bar food and burgers.

Our grandchildren always want to go here. They love the lights and sounds. So much fun! There are bumpers and ball ramps to help the little ones and special needs individuals enjoy a great time bowling. No one is left out! A favorite with our family!

We had 6 in our group and went for the 9-11pm all you can bowl for $10 per person. As we enter the doors to enter we encountered 5 employees standing in front of doors all smoking. Not something you want to see at a family venue. Why managemnt allows this is beyond me. All of them looked shady as well so it makes you rethink about entering. We enter and its dead inside, maybe 6-8 others. So the kid at counter outs us all in ine lane and it was lane no 1. Ok so theres nobody bowling so why cant you give us two lanes. Lets be clear, nobody there that was an employee gave a damn about your customers. So I guess managemnt believes that playing rap music is best for its Sunday customers? We walk to lane ine and find 9 balls still in lane ball return but then notice almost all had balls left. Then we had 3 of the childrens ball rollers in our lane. Wait why did he put us in lane one when all this stuff was there? Now the nxt issue is that we had employees, at least we thought they were employees, constantly walking up and down our lane going into back. Hmm first its distracting and they could have cared less if we were bowling and secondly what were they doing??? None came over to help us move the junk in our lane. So we kept waiting for employee to walk by before we would walk up to bowl. Ok then we tried to get the “one” waitress attention. She walks by and 3 of us are saying “excuse me” and she keeps walking til my wife finally yelled to het her attention. Remember theres nobody there so what is she doing? We all ordered milkshakes. It took a half hour to het 6 milkshakes!! Now comes the employees closing up at 10pm. Some goon guy turns up the speakers snd the rap music is blaring so loud you cant talk. Hes grabbing balls now and throwing them in the racks, literally throwing them and making loud crashing noises!! Seriously!! What an idiot! So we stop bowling just because it was ridiculous but we watched your employees totally gooding off. Two girls were apparently to clean arcade area and they moved like turtles and did nothing but stand beside each other talking and texting. A young thin man walked by them and said “more work less talking”. Yeah thats gonna get these teenagers to work and of course they didnt. No managers to be seen and this is why your place is not busy. Well never again will we go here and we will be sure to tell friends not to either.

I was dining alone, and sat at the bar as I usually do. They weren't busy. Mine was a simple See-Spot-Run order - a burger and fries. What could go wrong? For whatever reason, the light wasn't on in the kitchen. My simple burger was NOT the way I ordered it - and took an unacceptable amount of time to arrive. The bartender was very apologetic, and offered to have it remade. I was hungry - and I didn't have all night - so I declined and ate the kitchen's mistake. She adjusted my tab. HOW DO YOU SCREW UP A SIMPLE BURGER??????

Wow! I am blown away this place is absolutely amazing. Bowling, laser tag, games, and an escape room oh can't forget a bar. I would definitely come back for sure.
