On an initial note I did message Erin about my concerns after being dissatisfied and, as was the theme for our communications, I never received a response. During my talks with Erin if I did receive a response she would ask the same question each time, despite it being answered in my last message. It got to a point where I just started copying and pasting my last message. She then went on vacation and I did not get a response for over ten days. Setting up auto reply is not hard.

In addition to all of this, I was given a 25 hour notice that I would be charged a tasting fee. This was never mentioned in the paper work I was given, not mentioned on the dozen or so messages I sent, and I was given this information in an untimely manner.

While running a small business is hard, communicating is not. Erin will waste your time in a way that cannot be made up for that quality of food or catering service. It is absolutely disrespectful and not worth jeopardizing your event over a miscommunication. It took me almost a month to set up a tasting alone. Based off of that experience, I do not have the confidence that Erin will be able to meet your event's catering needs.

I would not recommend considering Erin's for catering your event. They were unresponsive, could not appropriately read my messages, drew out the process, and were not transparent at all about their pricing.

Thank you to Erin for the wonderful food that was made for my son’s graduation party! Everything was delicious and there was such a good variety of food for everyone. Thanks again for everything!

Folks, if you work downtown, and you haven't visited here, you're doing yourself a real disservice. This is hands down the BEST place to eat in downtown. I've gone here for years and never had bad food or service. Food is awesome, the staff is awesome. This is always my goto place when I have to come into the office. I'll travel from the North Shore just to get breakfast or lunch here. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Erin was wonderful! She did an amazing job catering my daughter's bridal shower. Great communication. Food was fantastic! We were very pleased with EVERYTHING!

A few months before the wedding we also had a menu tasting that went phenomenal and Erin kept track of everything we wanted. Execution at the venue (Mayernik Center) was perfect and timely. Everyone loved the food, including several of our guests with allergens that she had to work around. THANK YOU ERIN!

Shout out to Erin's Deli downtown. Got lunch there today it was so good. I got a chicken salad Sammy on wheat. They don't shy on the meat either. awesome I'll be back for sure

Delicious food, great variety!! Erin was above and beyond helpful and kind when catering a party for my family. During covid-19 quarantine, Erin had awesome meals and prices when everyone under the sun was tired of cooking! Highly recommend!!!

It’s been several years that I have been fortunate enough to experience the excellent quality of Erin’s food. As anyone would, I of course have my favorites and these are things that you crave and can’t wait to have them again. I think another Thing that’s important to mention is the way ‘Erin makes you feel like you’re part of the family no matter How busy she is, even if it’s a quick hi and a smile or a couple minutes to talk her and her food are definitely A cut above.

We had not been able to gather at Dad's place for our usual Sunday family dinner during the pandemic (2 months). We decided to have dinner on his deck for his birthday in late May. What a treat! We didn't even have to cook! We each got lovely take out meals from Erin's Fine Foods & Catering. Everything was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. It was also very affordable! Thank you Erin!
