We've been going to Everest for years. Through management/ owner changes, it always maintains the highest standards of excellent food preparation. Hands down the best thukpa and momo in town. Service takes a bit, but that's because they want you to relax and enjoy the freshly prepared food and lovely company. We cannot recommend this gem of a restaurant enough. If you've never tried Nepali cuisine, Everest should be your first stop!

Beware of pork sekuwaa plz half of the sekwa was good and half was stale. Not sure why they do that ordered twice and same thing happened within 20days. If you dine in actually it's good but never togo pork sekuwaa

I definitely think this is the best Indian/Nepalese food (my favorite type of cuisine)... making it in my mind one of the best restaurants in Pittsburgh. The curry is tops. The samosachat is like nothing else and the steamed vegetable mom's are the best dumplings I've had (I really like the sauce).

A cool little hidden gem on Saw Mill Run! Excellent, recommended! The Momos are where it's at - dumplings served up a bunch of ways. I like the vegetarian ones fried with the spicy chili, but they'll do em steamed, fried, plain, spicy, all kind of options.Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and lots of kinds of meat options too - good for mixed groups.Vibe is low-key, informal, friendly.
