Just moved back to Pittsburgh after a stint in the Bay Area, so high bar for good Asian food. This place is fantastic! The handmade noodles and dumplings are perfection. Glad we found a new go to spot.

Food is good overall, although slightly lacking of flavor/salt. Price is good and the server's attentiveness is good. Good overall ambiance.

This restaurant used to be decent years ago, but its quality has really gone downhill. They put on a little show in the front making dumplings and noodles, but honestly, it’s just copying the style of the famous Din Tai Fung from Taiwan—and not doing it well. What’s most disappointing is that the management seems to assume most customers are Americans who can’t tell the difference, so the quality keeps getting worse.
We’ve given this place several chances, but every visit has been disappointing. I really hope Asian restaurants here start taking authenticity and quality seriously, instead of trying to fool people who aren’t familiar with real Asian cuisine.

Arrived at 8:43 and were told they were closed. Host was very rude and stated the kitchen closed at 8:45 yet they wouldn’t even take a to go order. We’re from NC and we’re thoroughly disappointed in the service by this place after we heard great reviews.
Absolutely delicious - the eggplant will stay with me for a long time. A must try if you're in the Pittsburgh area!

Their food was shockingly flavorless. We ordered the chicken noodle soup and the wonton noodle soup. Both had the exact same bland broth. The pork in the soup dumplings had a strong unpleasant odor. They claim their noodles are handmade daily, but what I got were thick, mushy, tasteless strands with no texture at all.
After just a few bites, I was so frustrated I wanted to leave. I will never return.

5 Stars - An Exceptional Culinary Gem, Worth the Parking Hassle!
My first visit to Every Day Noodles was wonderful. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere set the perfect tone, a little upscale from your typical Asian restaurant without being stuffy.
The food is the star: expertly prepared, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The expansive menu offers an impressive array of options, including many enticing soups, hearty entrées, delightful appetizers, and a large, creative variety of vegetarian dishes. Considering the generous portion sizes, the prices are remarkably reasonable.
Service was impeccable. Our waitress was attentive, highly informative, and patiently answered our many questions about the various dishes, which was enhanced the experience. The restaurant itself is clean.
The only caveat is parking; located in a bustling, busy part of town, securing a spot can be a chore. However, I wholeheartedly highly recommend Every Day Noodles, it is absolutely worth the walk!

They have the best pork soup dumplings in the entire city. It isn't even close, that alone should make you want to eat here.

Everyday Noodles has never quite lived up to the buzz for me. While the noodles themselves are decent, the side dishes are overpriced and the overall flavors feel muted — clearly tailored to a more Western palate. I’ve given it three tries, but I think that’s enough. It’s just not the place to go if you’re looking for bold, authentic flavors

Another Asian restaurant makes tips mandatory.
We ordered 3 dishes, soup dumplings, scallion noddle and wonton noodle. The soup dumplings and scallion noodle are fine, wonton noodle is tasteless, they didn’t use correct type of noodle for this dish.
The waiter is friendly, helpful. The service is overall pretty fast.
We paid the bill by cash, we planned to leave a tip but we forgot. However, the owner chased us to the entrance, dragged us back to our table requiring tips. This move is rude and inappropriate. If the guest didn’t leave a tip, you should think there is no tip because your service is not good enough. Also, why we should tip an owner anyways? The whole thing is ridiculous. We finally went back leaving a 20% tip because the server lady is really good and friendly, but I truly hope our tip went into her pocket, not the owner.
Will not come back, food is mid, the owner is very rude, not sure why paying cash give us 10% off, or 20% off, seems way to much for credit card fee.
