If you are looking for authentic TexMex, Fajita Pete's is the best spot in Pittsburgh for it. Everything is made from scratch, including their tortillas. We lived in Austin, TX and this was our first TexMex experience that reminded us of the food down there. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at Fajita Pete's tonight. We got the chicken fajitas and the flautas and it came quickly and well prepared. The tortillas were a highlight for me and we left stuffed and happy. Overall we were very pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere. The service and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming and grateful for our business. This seems like it will be a good alternative to the endless cycle of Chinese food and pizza take out. Fajitas for a family is a great new option that the North hills will benefit from. Highly recommend giving it a shot! Thanks for the lovely service and delicious food!

Hubby and I tried this as a to go order a few weeks ago.I wasn’t a fan. Ordered steak fajitas. And the meat, veggies and tortillas all tasted exactly like whatever oil it was cooked in. And it was a very overwhelming taste. I did not feel like I was getting the flavor from each component. Hubby and I both decided not to finish our food.I’m bummed, I was really looking forward to trying this out.

Food was good fresh and hot. Steak fajitas with side of sour cream and a domestic beer was over $28. Bowl of pico, cheese lettuce and guac included. Staff friendly, but not sure it was worth the price. Odd combination or fast food feel with 'assemble your own' presentation.

I was a first time visitor to Fajita Pete’s tonight for dinner and was blown away by the delicious food, great margaritas and exceptional service. The owner, was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to ensure i had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and friendly hospitality. Can't wait to visit again!

We are so thrilled with our Fajita Pete’s experience. All of the staff went above and beyond with our order and checked it with us before leaving. They confirmed the food allergy concerns thoroughly. The food was excellent, steak and pork were flavorful and tender. We love the handmade corn shells. The refried beans had the best authentic flavor and the queso is the best around. We thought the prices for a family meal were very reasonable. There was more than enough food for our whole family. This will be our new go to take out dinner location!Dietary restrictions: We have gluten and egg allergies in our family and the staff were knowledgeable and very reassuring.

The people who work here are very nice. But the food was pretty bland, there just wasn't a lot of flavor in anything we got. We got the chicken and shrimp fajitas for 2, with a side of queso. The salsa was actually bad, it tasted like tomato sauce. Like straight up spaghetti sauce. I thought it was a little pricey. Kind of a bummer, I was excited for this place to open but we won't be hurrying back anytime soon.

This is way overpriced and awful quality. The place is so cramped and has so much echo that it was really uncomfortable to be in. The tortillas were gross and doughy, the beans were a weird slop, and the fajitas are badly cooked and very whimpy. I had to wait quite a while for my food which was almost $50 for two people. The family meal they had listed cost over $80. It's ridiculous prices and way worse than even chipotle. Never going again.
