Fat Head's Saloon Reviews
Our favorite place in Pittsburgh has embraced the suck. Why is it that so many places are now horrible. We drove from Columbus this weekend to eat at our one time favorite restaurant only to find it’s completely changed. I remember waiting in line to get a seat. The food is great bar food. The wings are delicious. The headwind sandwiches are awesome. The beer is great. A lot of great IPA. A few dark beers that always impress and the Yinzer or bumble berry if you just want something light.

Fat Head's Saloon is a popular spot known for its excellent beer selection and delicious cocktails. The menu offers a variety of options, including perogies, nachos, burgers, pulled pork, and salads. The restaurant is famous for its generous portions, such as the Mark's mighty fine bovine Headwich. One standout dish is the pulled pork, and the wings are also highly recommended. The 'South Side Slopes' burger, featuring juicy beef, kielbasa, onions, and cheese, is a favorite for those seeking a hearty meal. Customers enjoy the large beer selection, which includes many IPA and some dark beers like the Yinzer or bumble berry for those wanting something light. While the service can occasionally be slow due to its popularity, the staff remains friendly and attentive. The kid's menu caters well to picky eaters. Many visitors love the food and drinks, although some miss certain appetizers like onion rings and fried pickles, which used to be on the menu. Overall, Fat Head's Saloon maintains a fun atmosphere with tasty bar food and a wide beer selection, making it a great place to visit.
