I just stopped in for a bottle of wine and a clerk with name tag "Saul' or 'Sal' waited on me. I tried to make some normal chit chat about the weather (snowing) and he did not acknowledge me at all, no hello, no thank you, I mentioned the snow & he just turned & walked away... Really? not very good customer service. You need people who know how to relate to the public working the registers and keep the rude ones in the back. Why don't they have dedicated cashiers anymore that actually are good with customers like they used to? I'll go elsewhere.
Very friendly and helpful older gentleman running the register is a great source for whatever you need.

Horrible , called 20 mins before going said they close at 10 got there at 9:30 and they were closed waste of money and trip .

I don't drink alcohol but I lived in Dormont for over 20 years and this staff in this location is very convenient
