Overpriced, mediocre food. Better options in the immediate area.

My wife and I stopped at this Firehouse Subs for the first time. We split a large Italian sub, which was plenty of food for a light lunch. The sandwich was not bad, but there was nothing special about it either. Most of the meat was just ham, with a wisp of salami (??maybe?), and there was very little cheese, lettuce and tomato, making it really just a warm ham sandwich. The only thing that made it somewhat Italian was the little bit of dressing they put on it. (NOTE: by the way, I didn't realize that all subs are HOT subs, unless you specifically ask for cold.) I may go back someday to try their cheesesteak, but not in a hurry to visit again. Final Verdict: Not bad, but nothing to write home about.

I’m giving you 5 stars because you have the best subs out there, but your pickles are dinky! Now 3 times in a row, the sub is always delicious, but the pickles are way too small. When you ask if I want a pickle, I WANT A PICKLE!!!

Been looking forward to a firehouse tuna sub since I got back from Europe two weeks ago just went into their Shop 2 hours before they're closed and it's like we don't have any tuna I'm not going to make any it's my worst seller I wouldn't recommend it so the point at North Fayette literally dished their own food

Refused to make a batch of tuna 2 and a half hours before close claiming its there worst seller and we shouldn't get it anyway.

I paid like $40 for 2 medium subs and 2 sides and my chicken sub literally has 4 small pieces of chicken on it and the $5.30 Mac and cheese was less than half full. Won’t be going back there again.

The manager, Matt, is a damn good guy. Food is always on point, employees seem to actually enjoy being there and that translates to epic service - every time. highly recommend this Firehouse.

Vegetarian options: I think they only have one veggie sub and maybe salads... My brother's a vegetarian and he enjoyed his sub

Parking: It's in a strip mall - type plaza with a shared lot. Plenty spots.

Kid-friendliness: It's a sub joint, about as kid friendly as it gets. Plenty of room for strollers too.

The food was very good, but 15 bucks for a medium sub and a can of soda is a bit steep. Sub was pretty small for medium in my opinion. Service was pretty slow, but they did let us know they had another order and said it'd be 10 minutes. Ended up being 20 minutes. Like I said the food was good, but I don't think I'll be back for awhile.

Best sandwich chain, bar none, not very close.

Vegetarian options: There aren’t a lot of vegetarian options but the mushroom sandwich is really delicious.

I’ve had this place a couple years ago and couldn’t remember why I didn’t go back. Well after a recent visit, I remembered lol. First off the $8 small sub is bite sized. Literally. We ordered a total of 4 sandwiches and there was very little meat on any of them. Considering you can go to Dibellas for the same price and the sandwich is larger and full of meat, seems like a no brainer. Too bad cause I like what the company stands for, just not a great product.

There’s subs are actually pretty good, but the biggest issue is the nickel-and-dime-ing that this place is guilty of. They charge a fee for doing a to-go order! On top of that, the staff clearly doesn’t care about making this place feel like a welcoming environment, probably because they’re underpaid given how much the company is pushing for them to receive tips. Really a disgrace for an establishment that has pretty decent meals under all the bullcrap.

Decent food and okay service. Not fast. This place now charges extra to get it "to-go" because managers can't go 6 months without trying to find a new way to squeeze customers for every dollar their worth.

This is why I don't eat out anymore.
