Best subs... but $50 for 2 people to eat is ridiculous. Thats sit down restaurant pricing, not subs. They have priced themselves off our list of places to eat now.

This is the worst firehouse subs that I’ve ever eaten at .The most inconsistent and the employees are miserable. I absolutely love firehouse subs. I ordered the one here about one time a week and I stopped because the manager literally yelled at a customer for nothing that she was doing wrong. I didn’t order from there for months. I ordered another time,I think that manager is gone. The people working were great. I ordered a sub another day. The food was good. The service was good. I wanted a side the coleslaw and I got it for a charge, not a problem . I ordered it again the following week because I thought the manager was gone and it seemed like maybe things were turning around. I ordered a side of coleslaw even though it’s not on their menu, they have it for an another sandwich. I ordered three subs tonight and asked for a side of coleslaw and the girl working wanted to tell me that she couldn’t sell me a side of coleslaw because the sandwich that it comes on is all prepackaged .Not sure about anybody else in the world but I’ve never gotten prepackaged hot food and cold food together. She just didn’t want to do her job. So again, I will not be ordering from there my one time a week 3 to 4 subs each time. I will wait until I come across a firehouse subs somewhere else to stop and get it. So for any local people that do not like inconsistency, definitely avoid firehouse subs at North Fayette. For anybody traveling from out of state that may read this, do your self a favor and stop at a firehouse subs other than Robinson mall (North Fayette). Lots of other good places to eat rather than there.

Anthony & Deb were so kind and informative of the menu as I’m from out of town! Literally everything I got was a 5 outta 5. So delicious with an amazing team at this location!

Anthony, Deb, and Paul are extremely nice. For our first time eating here they were very helpful on deciding what to get. The food is great!

Debbie is awesome and y’all need to treat her like the gem of a front-of-house employee that she is.The review is only 2 stars because the only hot sauce they had was Texas Pete and Cholula. I’m a bit surprised Firehouse Subs abandoned the one thing that sets them apart from every other sub shop.If I have to bring my own hot sauce, I’ll just make my subs at home. Part of the draw of this place is getting to try new sauces and sub combinations.Bring the damn hot sauces back.

Delicious subs on fresh bread. I got the spicy meatball with pepperoni and it was great. Nice portion too for the full size sub. Will definitely be back!

It’s clean. They were busy for a Monday evening and I went on my break since I work at Lowe’s nearby. They’re always fast and friendly. Tried a few different subs and they put subway to shame.

Clean restaurant. Always friendly staff, and of course the sandwiches are delicious. They only give me a tiny bit of grief when I ask for no side pickle lol. Help a good cause (your local fireteam) and grab a sandwich if you've got the chance! Also for Halloween they have mystery fanta in their freestyle machine and it's a delightful mix of grape, orange and....maybe lime? Flavor.

I'm only giving two stars because the staff was very nice and the sub tasted good. This was the most over priced food I've seen in a long time. $14 for a medium sub and small drink. The sun was barely 7" and the bread was very thin. The sub was barely 6oz of food. How is this a firehouse sub to feed your fireman hunger. What a joke and a rip off
