We used First Class Caterers for our wedding and thank goodness we did. First of all, Carrie is an angel. She worked with us every step of the way to make our menu exactly what we wanted (accommodating dietary restrictions seamlessly!), helped us figure out every rental we needed, communicated with our coordinator without us even asking, and basically served as a second coordinator on wedding day (literally, she made sure my dress got bustled!).
