First Class Caterers delivered food to my son’s First Communion party. The food was healthy and delicious. In particular, the roasted vegetables and brisket were fantastic. We will happily use them again for future events.
Carrie at FCC is a pro! We worked with FCC for our March 2025 wedding at the Edgewood Club and it was the easiest experience. Not only were they flexible and responsive in the planning process, but during the reception they ran things with such grace. Broken glass on the dance floor, picked up and switched to plastic. Cookie table running low, replenished quickly and to go boxes ready for guests. We are so glad we invested in FCC for our wedding!
I could not be happier with the quality of food and service that Carrie and her staff at FCC provided for my daughter’s wedding at Crete Farms in Claysville, PA. The venue was rustic and beautiful but did not have a functioning kitchen. However, this did not cause a problem for FCC. Our 4 entree stations, appetizers and late light food were all perfect temperature, freshly prepared and delicious. Our “Pittsburgh style” cookie display was also beautifully laid out. We...
