The manager was very rude, when I entered he seemed to yell and was rude to almost everyone.
The service wasn’t very good, sadly.

Wow. I usually don't leave reviews but the manager is extremely rude and uncomfortable (taller, heavier set man). It seems I'm not the only one who's had bad experiences with the staff either looking at other reviews.
I pick up from this store often and have only recently seen this manager. I walked in for a pickup earlier tonight, and there was a line at the pickup counter. Since it was busy I hadn't approached the counter yet, nor asked anyone for my order since I was waiting my turn. Within 10 seconds of me standing there the manager starts loudly saying "what's the name on the order!? You walked in here and didn't even say hi!?" His back was to the customers while he was saying this and since I hadn't been acknowledged yet figured it had nothing to do with me. Well, he then turns around looking at me and repeats himself yelling across the store. I explain that I had no clue he was talking to me, and was waiting my turn since he never acknowledged me initially. After some back and forth he finally takes my order details only to slam the burgers on the counter before bagging them.
If this sounds strange it's because it was. I have no clue why I was spoken to like this or how this is in line with Five Guys standards of service. It genuinely was one of the most uncomfortable, frustrating, and embarrassing service experiences I've ever had.

zero star if that was one of the options! The workers were totally rude! They just ignore your order and make you wait forever! When you ask them about the order progress, they will start saying rude stuff to you! And they were racist! And the workers seem to be high. I suspect them were on illegal drugs!

Store closes at 9pm, sign says 10pm. Got yelled at walking in at 9 by a rude employee: “We’re closed. It’s 9 o’clock.” I said your sign says 10pm and she responded back with an attitude “I know what the sign says.”

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Five Guys, and I feel compelled to warn others about the awful customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the employees didn’t care about providing even the bare minimum of respect or professionalism. No one greeted me, and when I approached the counter to order, the cashier barely acknowledged me, acting as if I was inconveniencing them just by being there.

I tried to ask a couple of questions about the menu, but the staff rolled their eyes and gave curt, unhelpful answers. It felt like I was being rushed to order even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. When my food finally came out after an unreasonable wait, my order was completely wrong. I had specifically asked for no onions on my burger, but it came loaded with them. When I brought this to their attention, the staff member looked annoyed, didn’t even apologize, and took the burger back without saying a word.

I waited another 15 minutes for them to “fix” it, and when they finally handed it back to me, the burger was cold, slapped together carelessly, and honestly looked like it had been dropped. The fries were no better—soggy, undercooked, and greasy to the point of being inedible. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t even seem to care that I was visibly frustrated. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers at the counter.

The entire experience was disappointing, from the unfriendly staff to the poor quality of food. I’ve had better service and food at fast-food chains that charge half the price. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.

Waiting ten minutes to attempt to place an order. Was next in line and the lady said I will be with you in a minute. Ten minutes later I walked out. This happened at 2:15 pm

If you want to be treated like you don’t matter, eat here (Market Square, Pittsburgh). I put in an online order and arrived to pick it up. As I was waiting, an UberEats driver rudely pushed his way ahead of me. The employee saw that I was there first, but ignored me and started to interact with the driver. I had already told the driver twice “do you mind if I go first, I was here first”. He continued to completely ignore me. The employee heard me tell him this the 2nd time and could tell I was upset, but also decided to treat me like I didn’t matter and proceeded to take care of the driver first (at least one other employee was observing and said nothing). Then he looked at me like I was the problem and started to walk away (which made zero sense). I had to point out my order at that point and he reluctantly handed me my bag. Not the worst problem people are facing in the world today, but it will make me think twice about ordering from this location in the future.

I have only 30 minutes for lunch, tried to order online, it didn't work. Walked all the way there, the worker at the counter took an order ahead of me and walked off. From across the prep are, she said she would be with us in a minute. Finally came to take my order, asked what toppings I wanted on my burger. When I said "onions", she said we are out, blame district manager. I said you could at least place a sign on the door and/or counter so people aren't waiting in line and walked away. Lunch hour wasted. Treat your customers better!
