Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with mustard grilled onions peppers and jalepenos. Was charged for bacon. Didn’t receive any bacon. Or any other toppings except mustard for that matter. Thank god was a carry out or I might have noticed before I drove for twenty minutes.

The manager and staff were disrespectful and used unprofessional language. I waited a very long time with no help, and the way I was treated showed no respect at all. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope it will be addressed immediately.

Went to get a bacon. Cheeseburger only onion and a banana milkshake. No banana milkshake had to get a strawberry. Get all the way back to work and there's no bacon on my sandwich 😭 too expensive to be forgetting stuff.

All the staff here are so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. Most fast food / casual dining experiences are kind of meh, but five guys in Bloomfield is really awesome, all thanks to their staff!!
I was there Saturday 10/11/25 between 2:45-3:30 and the staff on duty was doing an excellent job. They were Friendly (greeted me before I got in the line area) someone was keeping the dining area clean (swept, wiped tables, changed trash, checked soda dispenser) During my visit I only ordered Fries BUT… I can say they were actually the best fries I’ve had at a Five Guys, they were hot and crispy with a slight crunch. I frequent Five Guys and I’ve never had a crisp fry at any other location. I will definitely return to this location
