So bad I got McDonald’s instead .my lettuce and tomato was warm and my patty ice cold bland and had They were polite but awful at making food. Took 30 minutes for two burgers and fries With no line in store I used to go to five guys weekly but I will no be going to any near Pittsburgh in the foreseeable future. This is my 6 trip none of which were good

Terrible and slow service and very low quality. Largely flavor free and the service is so slow that you could probably go down the street to a world class sit down burger joint and get it in less time. Expect to lose between 20-30 minutes for crap at this location. I’ve always loved other locations I don’t know why this one is also dismal. I ended up getting a parking ticket because they were so slow. Ridiculous
