Not gonna lie I was pretty impressed with the Alfredo the very FIRST time I ordered it, but the second time I ordered it it was completely disgusting and it ended up getting wasted and thrown in the trash. It was foul… And the pizza I ordered that same day with the pasta was not that great either.. so mad Because I should’ve just went to Gino Bros

This is my pizza place. Everyone has their choice, and this one is mine. Florence serves a fantastic cheese pizza with a slightly crispy crust with a perfect balance of sauce and cheese. They don't spoil their cheese pizza with provolone and have a great sauce that isn't sweet and holds on the pizza perfectly.
Florence also offers other food that is great. Their pesto margarita was a wonderful change of pace with a homemade pesto sauce lovely globs of mozz.
The choices of 5 sizes of pizza allow you to get a small pie if it is just you at home or a jumbo pie that feeds the whole family.
Their store is small up front, but they make up for it with some of the nicest folks in Pittsburgh. New to the area, they are loving the town here and quickly making themselves at home here in the North Hills.
In a town that has a pizza shop in every plaza, Florence stands out with high-quality ingredients, great pizza, and a fantastic family run shop. I look forward to many more delicious pizzas and lots of other options from their menu.

Grabbed a large pick-up special to see how it was (just opened recently). Very good and not too sweet or acidic. Great ratio of dough, sauce, cheese and toppings. Pepperoni was good

Very nice people, tasty food, and they’re open late. What more can you want out of a place here in West View? Way tastier & more original and creative than the previous pizza spot at this location.
Parking: 9-car lot in front of the restaurant, plenty of space to park to pick up on a busy night.

I flocked to this new place specifically for the hushpuppies, which were scrumptious and seasoned to perfection. The plain cheese pizza was also delicious, even better eaten cold as I write this review. It's primarily take out, but there are two tables out front, which was convenient. I enjoyed sitting at one looking at the pretty flowers planted in the windowsill, bonus since I always have my dog with me, so I appreciate outside seating where my dog is welcome. If you get a chance, stop in, as the owner and employees were quite gracious and kind.
