I placed an order at 5:41 pm place to call at 8:21 PM because the order wasn’t delivered no answer called three times finally got an answer. Said it was gonna take another half hour is now 9:15 PM no order delivered however there’s a payment pending on my credit card, but I can’t cancel as of yet. I will never order from the store again.

Just ordered from them yesterday for the game and the pizza wasn't even close to being cooked. The last time we ordered a big daddy from them it was even less cooked. The mushrooms even weren't cooked on that one. This was one was a little more cooked but still not even close to being done. They also forgot my 2 liter. They did bring it back like an hour later only after i called them to remind them they forgot it. Really disappointed in the last 2 times we ordered from this location. I dont mind paying nearly $40 if the food is cooked, good and the order is correct.

Went to Fox's on a Friday afternoon. Was greeted by an amazing staff team! Ordered a steak hoagie. It was delicious. Bread was fresh and nicely toasted, the steak was flavorful and filling, the toppings were loaded to perfection, and most importantly, the order didn't take long to prepare! Within minutes I was handed a footlong sandwich that took me over an hour to finish! I will definitely be ordering from here for all sporting events, birthdays, celebrations, and staff gatherings! Come to Penn Hills Fox's. They have great options!!

Unfortunately, we have had a few bad experiences with Fox's in Penn Hills lately. This last time we ordered a Big Daddy (for some reason the Champ is not on the menu any longer). First, the pizza arrived and it was just warm and it took almost 90 minutes to arrive. The time seems to be increasing on deliveries. Second, the box was crushed, not the first time. Then they forgot to add the 2 Liter we ordered (we'll see if they take it off the bill). Then the pizza itself was weird. The taste was not as good as usual and the one side of the pizza was thinner that the other side. The sad thing is this was one of the few places in Penn Hills we still use but it just seems to be getting worse. I understand new owners/management but when the quality keeps getting worse and the service is getting worse it is hard to stay loyal. We usually give a place 3 times to see if it is just a bad day but this is consistently getting worse. We noticed these issues over the past four orders. I hate to say it but we probably won't be ordering from Fox's in Penn Hills any time soon. It really is a shame because this was one of our go to places.

Have ordered from Foxs multiple times. From Take, Delivery, & Dine in. The food is always amazing along with service that is given. Top notch with all employees. Highly recommend for any party or just lunch or dinner!
New management not doing good. Forgot to make my food. Salad was the smallest foxs salad I ever had. Forgot fries on salad. Ordered cheese steak got no cheese on hoagie. Popper were cold. Won't be ordering from this fox's again

I have a great experience each time I go into Fox's Pizza. The food is excellent, it has a great atmosphere. Most of all, I had the most friendy person, Camron to greet me as soon as I came to pick up my order, he's a real stand up guy. If you want to get great food and good hospitality. Not sure what's going on there anymore-the past few times the food was horrible, and the order was wrong? Unfortunately, I just had to update my review from one star ? We have been ordering from here at least once a week for over five years, and everything was always made perfectly. We ordered so much that staff all knew us?? However, the last few times we've ordered recently our food was made incorrectly, despite the fact I ordered online where you can clearly specify things like "no lettuce" etc so there was def no miscommunication. The first time the food was wrong, I gave it a pass cause we're all human and make mistakes sometimes. However, it happening the second time in a row just feels like an inability to follow directions. Food is expensive these days and I'm not going to keep ordering just to have to throw it away. I'm afraid we may have to look for a new place to order from. ?
