I've been a long time customer of this location and I'm having to change my review from a long time ago. Over the past few weeks things have progressively gone downhill all the way around. Food, service, stock, wait times, etc. I'm not sure if a new owner has taken over or not, but it has been a DRASTIC change. Legitimately had to go switch up my dinner because it was so poorly made. I'm hoping things can change back around because I love the food (specifically the mild wings!) And the people have seemingly been pleasant in my brief interactions.

Don't ever order from here!! You'll never get your food, they won't answer the phone, they're rude. I was told multiple times food was on the way to then be told an hour after it was supposed to be delivered that it would be faster if I came from the south side to pick it up when they were delivering somewhere 9 mins away. food was never even made.

We tried a new Jamaican style jerk pizza and mild pizza, it was excellent. The owner provided very good service, pleasant customer service, pizza was above and beyond.

On 6/26/25 ordered a pizza that never showed up i called and called to no answer. Turns out they had a fire and had to close up that day. All good now the owner David made things right today . Fox's pizza 🍕 is excellent and priced right too thanks again .
