The buffalo chicken pizza and breadsticks are delicious. It does seem to take a bit of time if getting delivery, but that’s pretty much anywhere in this new ageParking: Plenty of parking . Getting into and out of the lot is a different story. Rochester road /sixthsvenue/,and Glenmore always a lot of traffic and nobody wants to let you out !

The checkout girl was amazing! I messed up my online order and she was so helpful, I had my kids in the car she she told me to wait in the car and she would bring the food out to me. I heard her do this for someone else too. She went above and beyond and that's so hard to come by nowadays. I very much appreciated her and will 100% back. Oh the food was excellent too as always ?

I ordered a small pizza with 2 toppings and a bottle of ranch dressing and was charged $28.89 when I commented that seem high the cashier said oh its $24.35. it should have been $17.99. The cashier had to get the manager and he said the prices printed on the menu are wrong. Are you kidding me? And the pizza was burnt. Love Franks Pizza just not that location.

Ordered food at 5:20pm, wasn’t delivered until 7pm and was cold, soggy with item missing. I called to let them know and he said best I can do is remake it, but it’s already after 7 and daughter needs to get to bed so new food that will probably arrive the same way isn’t very helpful. He didn’t really seem to care and complained that it’s a busy and only has one driver. We ordered from here all the time, but this was an awful experience.

I have been going here for years and the food is fantastic. But twice this week they cancelled my orders and just let the phone ring when I tried calling. Word on the street is that the new manager sucks, so don't expect good service at the moment
