Dropped by for a quick dinner. We had walked in with no reservations on a Sunday night. The restaurant was full but the receptionist was quick to put together a table. The food was delicious! Soup was authentic and ingredients used were fresh. The alcohol selection were of a good variety of good sake brands. Our server was Tyler, he has been attentive, friendly and made our experience enjoyable! The restaurant itself has a great decor and atmosphere. I especially like the t-shirts...

If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine, especially ramen, Fujiya Ramen is a place you can't miss. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, this restaurant takes you straight to Japan with every bite. My favorite here is the Spicy Miso Ramen, a true masterpiece of flavor. The broth is delicious, with just the right amount of spice that doesn’t overpower the other ingredients. The noodles have the perfect texture, the chashu is tender and melts in your mouth, and the touch...

The food is good and the pricing is fair in store. The take out and online ordering is more expensive than in-store. The service both at the bar and table service is very slow and not very courteous. Could definitely be better staffed
