As much as I love this place, the quality of the tapioca is wanting. The tapioca is very, very chewy and I'm personally not a fan of it. Their Thai Tea is, however, delicious and they have options for people who are lactose intolerant.
I get their teas every week, and after trying every place there is, I believe they're the best bubble tea place in Oakland.
I will definetly be back, I got a key lime pie smoothie a couple weeks back. It was amazing. (Corndog was from across the street, great area for food)
I really enjoy their drinks and milk tea! I’m giving them 4 stars because their customer service isn’t the best. I believe they could be more accommodating.
Had an excellent Taro Milk drink with strawberry poppers! The staff were so nice and patient with my friends and I deciding what to order. No complaints!
Fuku Tea truly deserves all five stars! The Oreo smoothie with original tapioca is an absolute masterpiece – rich, creamy, and perfectly blended with just the right amount of chewiness from the consistently fresh tapioca. Beyond the amazing drinks, the service is incredibly quick and efficient, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for such high quality. The seating area is a definite plus, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy your drink. The only downside is that they unfortunately close outside of college semesters, which is a bummer, but it just means I cherish my Fuku Tea visits even more when they're open!
Fuku is one of my favorite Bubble Tea shops in Pittsburgh! Exceptional quality and service every time!
I've gotten fuku tea for years and as a NY'er and someone who visited Taiwan a ton as a kid, this place is up there for me for boba and bubble tea.
They use real milk and it's not just some powdered boba they add water too. The tapioca is real too.
The best bubble tea I have ever had! My top three recommendations: thai tea with tapioca and pudding, doll house with popping strawberry, and peach green tea with tapioca
Love them !!!!

walked into this boba place thinking i was about to have a nice, refreshing drink. walked out questioning if i still have teeth. i don’t know what they put in that cup, but i’m pretty sure it was just melted candy with some tapioca pearls thrown in for decoration. i took one sip and immediately felt my bloodstream turn into simple syrup.
i get it, some people like their drinks sweet, but this wasn’t just sweet—it was a legally questionable amount of sugar. at some point, you have to wonder if there was ever any tea involved or if they just waved a tea bag over the cup for good luck. if you love the idea of drinking straight-up liquid sugar, congrats, you’ve found your paradise. as for me, i’ll be over here drinking water and trying to recover from the cavity i just developed.
The best bubble tea is here
The best bubble tea place in Pittsburgh. They allow for so much drink customization and make the drinks so well. The absolute best drink is the dollhouse. The baristas are so friendly and wonderful.
Possibly one of the worst bubble milk teas I’ve ever had, globally. I got the original black milk tea with boba, less sweet. The milk tea tasted artificial, but also had a gross sourness to it that left a bad aftertaste. I could not convince myself to finish it. The boba was also hard, maybe even undercooked.
I requested suggestions for my order and they suggested I order the brown sugar boba with 0 sweetness so the sugar isn’t too much. I ordered it, and oh my diabetes it was a lot. I requested to get another drink because it was too sweet for me & the other lady just said “no” with no kindness or respect. Have some decency if you’re in the service business. I will never order there again.
