Good bubble tea store in Pittsburgh! The store is near both University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. I had the kumquat yogurt tea with tapioca pearls/boba and also the Taro milk tea with boba. The boba was included in the kumquat drink, while it is an extra charge for taro. Both drinks were good although the boba was slightly undercooked it felt like. Will definitely come back!

I’ve come here a few times lately and it’s a really nice shop with a good variety of flavors and options and is fairly consistent in terms of quality. It’s not my favorite boba locally, but I am happy to go there and always enjoy my drinks. The staff is super friendly and efficient and I’ve never had an issue. I’m excited to come back and try more things!

The variety of tea is superb, I loved the taro and I think that I would highly recommend any of the tea there. The employees were super friendly and they were overall super accommodating and polite. I would also recommend, when in doubt to lean towards lighter sweetness.

I got the pu-erh milk tea and I pretty much got sweet water with boba. They carry real tea leaves so I don't know what happened but it didn't taste like tea at all. Friendly service and comfortable atmosphere

NO REFUNDS. DON’T LIKE YOUR DRINK… SORRY. That’s what I was told by the little girl behind the counter when I asked for less sweetness in my WAY too sugary drink. NO WHERE is it posted that they don’t give refunds OR remake your drink if it’s not to your satisfaction. Nor do they tell you that the sweetness level ONLY applies to the sugar they add to your drink, NOT the amount of flavored syrup they add and the standard is 3 pumps?! Thank goodness I’m not a diabetic.I expressed my dissatisfaction with the no refund policy after I spent $20 on 2 teas and a bottled water. I was repeatedly told the owner said NO REFUNDS, you can go to the Forbes Ave location to talk to someone there but you still won’t get a refund or your drink remade and if I went to Starbucks, they won’t do it for you either. Unbelievable! Starbucks policy is to satisfy the customer by remaking the drink or offering a refund. Needless to say, I gave them their drink back and they will NEVER be Starbucks.

Good is REALLY good I had hibachi with fried tofu quite tasty. I gave a 5 because my 2nd waitress was VERY kind also informed. Both did well ?
Vegetarian options: They have vegetable dishes also tofu.

Staff was so nice and helpful for it being my first time at the shop. Highly recommend making a stop here and getting something. It is all so tasty and delicious!
Traditional boba place. The drink was good, the ambiance was lacking.

I took my kids mother, my mother and my daughter here to have some of their famous tea. We all had an amazing time sitting outside drinking tea. Great customer service and amazing

Decided to try a new place.Service was fast , cafe area is nice. Great menue selection .My wife and I ordered boba milk tea and (honey dew melon)smoothe, sadly we were both disappointed in the taste.Mine didnt even taste like a milk tea.. not sure if its a syrup vs Powder thing, but we prefer places like rose tea cafe, cafe 33, pho Saigon and some others surrounding PGH.So, guess this isn't our cup of tea .Again, service was great, just flavors were off.

I appreciate that you can choose the level of sweetness (including none) and milk type. I also love their popping Boba which are like gushers filled with sweet liquid. They usually have mango, strawberry, lychee, and newly added yogurt flavor!They also have pocky, hi-chew, and other dessert-type treats.
