Went in with my dog planning to buy some pastry and take away. The lady said it’s fine as long as we don’t eat here. After 30s she changed her mind and forced us to leave.
Did she expected us to pick pastry, she pack our pastry, and we pay within 30s? This was our first time being in the store.
It happened about 6:30-7:00pm
I always stop here when I'm in the area...they never disappoint! The eclairs are fantastic!
Adorable little place with the friendliest staff. The prices are super reasonable and there was a lot of options.
Great selection and their products do not disappoint.
Wow, just stopped in here on a whim yesterday and these were the best macarons I've had in years. Maybe ever. The blueberry lavender and the strawberry were great. So were the almond and pistachio. But the salted caramel was a marvel. Delighted to have found this place.
Had a macaron tower at my event this past weekend! Gaby et Jules and the macarons was wonderful as usual. The macarons was a perfect addition to the event and everyone loved them! Definitely recommend to satisfy your sweet tooth! Thankful to have a bakery in Pittsburgh like Gaby et Jules! Merci David and Maud!
The place is the definition of “mediocre.” Their baguette is no better than a store-bought one. Also, their mille-feuille was not fresh (even though it looked very appetizing); it was soggy and had a texture problem. It wasn’t crunchy — just crumbly. It’s supposed to be crisp and not soggy. The issue isn’t only that it wasn’t fresh; there also seems to be a problem with their dough or baking temperature. Their croissant didn’t look appetizing either, so I didn’t buy one.
This place is to die for! Make sure to look for parking right before you arrive as its on street parking
I've been looking for something specific for my wife for a long time and learned this bakery offered it. Monday 9/1, drove all the way to squirrel hill (a far drive) after work to get it. I walked in at 5:55 thinking they were open until 8 like usual as per online. I walked in the front door and up to the counter, and saw the item I wanted displayed. However, the worker stopped me and said she was closing early at 6:00 for Labor Day. Which is fine, but, it was still 5 minutes to close and I knew exactly what I wanted. Was told I couldn't purchase, this was my first experience here
The macaron is superb

I was gifted these pastries, so although I’ve heard the service and environment is wonderful I cannot speak to it. What I can speak to is the subtle and complex flavor being these two lovelies: creamy, rich, sweet - but balanced with fruity and nutty tastes. Not too sweet, still a wonderful treat.
Very delicious! We will be back to try other things as we really enjoyed these!
Very upscale Urban pastry very nice experience
A nice place to treat yourself. I didn't try any of the regular pastries, but the macarons were delicious; there was a lot of unique flavors that I don't usually see (Le Pittsburgh was my favorite). The service was also good; the employee serving us told us we could bring the box back and get a discount next time. Didn't apply to me because I'm a tourist, but my girlfriend lives in the area so she kept the box to use in the future.
Everything we had was incredible, from the macarons to the pistachio eclairs. Cannot wait to come back and visit! :)
