We have an enjoyable evening on the rooftop with a special event of food and wine that Refucilo, who is in the north side on Western Avenue, sponsored with an amazing variety of their own wines. The wine maker himself Juan Lora was present and he and his assistant explained the many Variations of the types of wine that they brought in to Pittsburgh. Refucilo only sells wines in Pittsburgh to restaurants and some from there tasting rooms on Western Avenue in Pittsburgh
The food and service were excellent! I would recommend to anyone. We walked in without a reservation and were seated immediately! Both the Cerdo en Caldo (pork) and Beef de Chorizo we ordered were delicious and exquisitely prepared. The fugazza appetizer, served with a variety of chimmicurri, was also delicious!
Went here as part of a work dinner. The servers were fantastic, friendly, quick, and helpful. The food was outstanding. We decided to do family style so I was able to taste several dishes.
