I ordered Geppetto through DoorDash and was really impressed. The Nutella and banana crêpe was delicious—light, sweet, and satisfying. The Gouda sandwich was hearty, filling, and gave me the perfect start to my day. Even delivered, everything held up well and tasted fresh. I’d highly recommend it, whether you dine in or order delivery.

Stopped by Geppetto Cafe for a morning bite, and it delivered a solid breakfast experience. The staff was friendly, the space had a relaxed charm, and the overall experience made it easy to settle in. I went with the omelette—simple, tasty, and well-executed. No complaints there.

The latte was just okay. Nothing offensive, but nothing memorable either. If coffee’s your main draw, you might want to explore other options nearby. But for a casual breakfast with good energy and solid food, Geppetto holds its own.

Worth noting: Geppetto seems to be known for their crepes. I skipped them since I wasn’t in the mood for anything sweet, but someone in my party ordered one and gave it a thumbs-up. So if crepes are your thing, it might be worth exploring that side of the menu.

Gepetto Café’s second location is just as adorable as their Lawrenceville spot! This new Bloomfield café sits right on Liberty Avenue and makes for the sweetest breakfast and lunch destination. The menu is full of fresh, delicious ingredients, showcasing a delightful range of European-inspired dishes.

The atmosphere is warm and cheerful, making for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I tried their mocha, lavender latte, and pistachio latte—all made with homemade syrups—and I could quite literally have one of each item on the menu and be happy!

For savory dishes, I sampled the smoked salmon Benny, avocado toast, Southwest omelette, the classic breakfast, the new prosciutto egg & cheese panini, and their incredible seasonal authentic dish: the Çılbır (poached egg with yogurt and spices). Everything was flavorful and beautifully presented.

On the sweet side, I indulged in the classic Nutella crepe and the raspberry & goat cheese French toast—both delicious.

And the best part? This location features a full case of homemade Turkish desserts! From börek to tulumba and even the most decadent baklava, there’s something special for every sweet tooth.

Highly recommend making a stop here—you won't regret it!

Very cozy atmosphere with lots of options to choose from. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. They offer a variety of paninis, salads, and breakfast options. They do offer vegan options for some of the food selections.

Visiting Pittsburgh for the weekend and was actually going to go somewhere else for brunch but that fell through so we stumbled upon this gem and so glad we did!!! The food was phenomenal and service was friendly- we got a hot vanilla latte, the bonjour crepe with a side of fresh fruit and the chicken and Gouda panini with a side salad. Both were 10/10!! Their salad dressing is to die for. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be back!

If you're visiting Pittsburgh for fun, business, or a medical procedure, find time to check out Geppetto's. Their crêpes are the perfect way to kick off the day, along with a cappuccino or other hot beverages.

I recommend trying the Bonjour crepe ($13.99) which comes with eggs and brie cheese. The bacon stripe on top and a generous fruit salad on the side. The Love Hate Thing crepe ($13.99) comes with turkey, goat cheese, avocado and a bechamel sauce. Side of potatoes. Cappuccino is $5.50 for a large cup.
