Gianna Vias Restaurant & Bar

Ordered a pepperoni Stromboli and chicken parm with soup and a spinach dip to go. They sent a cheese and bread Stromboli(missing the pepperoni) as well as the soup. The receipt clearly shows what was ordered and paid for. The food(which was actually given) was terrible. Burnt chicken, overcooked noodles, wrong made stromboli and missing soup will ensure we never go back. Sad for they used to be good.

Was overcharged and made to feel like we underpaid due to the old man that couldn't understand that the balance on our gift card wasn't the amount still owed to the restaurant!!!

We're still fighting with them to get a refund.

Our waitress was great, the food was fantastic, but the manager needs to learn his POS system, better.

The service wasn't very good. We usually have great service, but not tonight. I bought the steak special, and I ordered it medium, but it came well done. Thank goodness the steak was not tough, but it was charred on the outside. I was disappointed.

Had worst dinning experience the other evening. The chicken parm was overcooked, hard as a rock and seemed soaked in greese. Pasta was cold too. Runner broght it out as she said she saw our dinners sitting there. Our waitress was nonexistent. Had to ask for bread and grated cheese along with glass for my beer. It'll be a while before we go back. (We're regulars too. At least 6-8 tmes a month). Disappointed!!

Previously five stars. Good beer selection n always great service n food whether at the bar or dining room. Lately we've been having breakfast alfresco. Fritattas are excellent. Just picked up a Harry's Special pizza...was super as usual.

I had the cod over a bed of greens and beans. Every nite was superb. Death by Chocolate capped an otherwise excellent meal.

My dining partner had manicotti and took a few bites of the cake. She loves both.

Both bar service and outside dining are available.

Plenty of parking as this is in a strip shopping center.

The atmosphere was predictable suburban strip mall. For some reason the waitress was assigned the back of the restaurant and our table was in by the door up front. She troopered on very well but some delays were inevitable.

Good food, good service. They feature Italian dinners, burgers and sandwiches, and pizza. Something good for all.

We just moved into the area and hadn't set up our kitchen yet, so we decided to explore and discovered Gianna Vias. First thing we noticed was that the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly! They have a lovely outdoor seating, and the day was so beautiful so we took advantage of it. The menu has something for everyone, from soup, salads, some really amazing looking (and large) sandwiches! We had the pizza and it was incredibly delicious! We are so happy that there is such a great restaurant so close to us! Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Can't wait to come back!

Got the Wedding Soup. It didn't seem as though it was cooked. I bought a quart and the pastini was on the bottom and was super Al dente, broth poured on top with raw spinach floating on top. 3 tiny meatballs in a whole quart... Not impressed...
