discrimination i wait for help long time nobody come to help me. thos is second time is happening. before i stay at the checkout the cashier was very disrespectful to me that person scanned my items and throws away. it’s make me stressfull never come to here again. in this stores workers so bad. lazy. and disrespectful

The absolute worst shopping experience. It’s so poorly managed, you have to wonder if they forgot human beings shop here. The last two times I’ve gone, not only did they only have two cashiers working, but ALL their self-checkouts were closed. It often smells bad, and the quality of produce/meat is disappointing (especially for the price). Personally, after seeing news about boycotts in Canada, I’ve decided I won’t be shopping at Giant Eagle, and will encourage friends & family to support more consumer-friendly businesses. Giant Eagle has jumped the shark, and is in full venture capital/suck the consumer dry mode.

Ralph in the deli is the best!!! He is so friendly and upbeat. Also, he was able to give me great suggestions on what meats & cheeses paired well together.
