Giant Eagle Supermarket

I was in this store, not to make any purchases but to kill time waiting for an appointment. Prices seemed comparable to other Giant Eagle stores. This was the cleanest, most organized, well-stocked Giant Eagle around. The motorized shopping carts were all charged, and easy to access. The employees were friendly. I was really impressed at how "nice" the store looked. Good job!!!

I like the discounts and rewards. Curbside is fast and easy and I love the new self check outs!

Short staffed pharmacy and the highest grocery prices in the area. But the staff is generally nice. Other than when they're ignoring customers and talking about fellow co-workers while ringing up your groceries. Regardless, stick with Aldi or Walmart.

People are very kind here. Setup is nice and easy.

They fired my sister who was a baking apprentice. Multiple employees kicked her out of the store while calling her the N word, in the middle of her shift.

They are very nice workers and very nice managers and the café people are really nice and the people who run Starbucks are well nice I have no complaints about this store in the janitor who’s one of my friends name Mike he’s really nice but the only thing that they needed to work on Just to clean the bathroom is a lot better other than that the store is clean

I'm handicapped and am unable to go into the store so I really need to use the curbside pickup service. I have a friend or neighbor pick up my order every 10 days or so. Each time I order, they forget at least 2 items. I am unable to go back to get the forgotten items. One time I ordered everything needed to make chicken gumbo soup but they forgot the chicken. I am very disappointed in this service. I don't seem to have any other choice though.
