Gibsonās food is absolutely delicious. I placed a catering order with them for 6 dozens wings, full pan of linguine salad, potato salad, and green beans. The food was prepared and available the time I indicated I would pick it up. Everyone at the party I purchased it for thoroughly enjoyed the food (as well as myself). If you need to host an event, make sure to go here. The food is phenomenal, and the staff/owner are fantastic. Just email Amelia Collinās with your questions concerning the food, date you need it for, and the cost. Ms. Collinās will respond back within 24/48 hours with the availability and cost. No hidden feeās associated with invoice. Just know they are a cash only business though. No credit cards accepted. BTW you can just call in or walk-in for pick-up only to get an individual meal. I have frequented this business for that also, but needed catering this time around.

I had some decent food! I enjoyed the ribs and macaroni and cheese. I would've loved the cabbage but it was very peppery and I didn't taste any meat in them ? but I did eat some of it. I missed the smothered pork chops and I will be back to try those ?. A decent meal and reasonably priced.
