We ordered from the Dormont location, and unfortunately it was horrible.
We used to order from them all the time, but recently the food is never good.
Last night, our slices were completely soaked, to the point we had to throw them away. It was like wet, floppy, soggy cardboard, and the pepperoni was burnt to a crisp. The slices were layered on top of one another, so when we took them apart it was just a complete mess.
The woman is very nice, but the food is never good when she's preparing it. Unfortunately we won't be ordering from them when this employee is working.

Also, our hoagie was cold and the wings were dry.
We came to pick it up 5 minutes before she told us to come so it wouldn't be sitting there, and it was still cold.
Just an all around bad experience.
I know the owner makes great pizza and food, so I think they just need to re check the employees. I feel horrible, but that was really disappointing for the third time in a row after giving them chance after chance.

I just got my pizza 🍕 was delivered late and didnt open the box before signing and tipping. I was very disappointed i got my pizza inside and all the cheese had slid off my pizza i only ate some of it or else i waisted my money. I will not be ordering from here again. Im sorry for this review but my pizza shouldn't have come the way it did i paid 22 something plus tipped. Im disappointed 😞

Ordered a small cheese pizza, picked up the pizza and got home just to realize I received the wrong pizza, called to get help with my order the woman on the phone accused me of lying. Told her I could just come up there with the pizza and instead she kept asking me questions trying to see if I was lying? This place has gone downhill stay very far away

I wish I could post a photo of my “beef” ravioli. It was all cheese and loose lasagna noodles. It was awful. Plus their garlic bread was stale. The only good part of my order was that the lettuce was actually fresh, considering the driver was banging on my neighbors door instead of my provided address. I’ll never order from them again..

Third party delivery app customers never order from this location, been waiting for 30 min for a medium pizza, this is the first and last time I’m coming to this location.

This will be my family's new go to. The wings are well done and generously seasoned, they have really good homemade ranch and their pizza is SO good. (Everyone in my family agreed & we rarely agree on pizza) 🫨🍕 The two employees I spoke with to place my order are sooo patient and kind, the food arrived shortly BEFORE the estimated time, the delivery driver was polite, food was HOT and the sausage on their pizza is a lil spicy, a lil lovely 🤌🏼

I’m from Buffalo, NY, and whenever I come to Pittsburgh this place is a MUST STOP. They are always INSANELY nice, and the staff remembered me (the daughter of the owner) as I did her as she was my server many years ago. They have the best Vodka Pasta, Chicken Parm, and 6 cheese pizza is nothing like we’ve had before in Buffalo. My fiance and I rant and rave about this place. The Giovonnis in Pittsburgh are different, so go to this place for an amazing staff and amazing food.

Went in to get a pizza at 835 they are to close at 9 ro be told they close early then posted on the site way to make money not

Just called in to tell them how much I enjoyed the delivery today. Wings were perfect (shoulda ordered more) & will be trying to finish the Hot Sausage sub well into tomorrow. Ordered delivery from this place so many times... today was the best ! Thank you folks - be around in person soon.
