Terrible customer service
We like to try different pizza places in the area. This place by far the worst Italian hoagie and gyro i have tasted. Should of known when the told us it would be ready in 10 minutes, on a Saturday at 5pm

My small order took 2 hours to deliver yesterday

Horrible pizza will never order again. Pizza came with nothing but a pile of grease that sat in the center. Not to mention their "steak" hoagie. You cant call it a steak hoagie if you don't even use steak, my fault for not reading the fine print but it is NOT a steak hoagie it is a roast beef hoagie. Horrible experience. Never again.

Service was great , it was fast, and delivery person was great and friendly, but my complaint is the pizza the crust was paper thin, sausage was sliced you could see through it, sauce tasted like it wasn’t cook , it tasted like it was thrown on from a can
I usually order from your place because I was never disappointed but this is the first time I had a problem with the pizza, I had to apologize to my company the disappointed I had for the pizza, the Hoagie was very good But not the pizza, I had to order another pizza from somewhere else

I was in town with a few hours to kill when I found Giovanni's on Dormont. The door was open, invitingly, with the delicious smell of fresh pizza wafting out to the street. Thought the dining room is currently closed, it was quaint and will definitely be a cozy option for dine-in, hopefully soon!
Though the woman behind the counter was clearly busy, she was very kind and took my order in a timely manner. My pizza came out faster than she'd told me, and she proudly presented it for me to see before boxing it for me to take to go. And proud she should be, indeed. The pizza was FANTASTIC! I not only got the extra cheese I asked for and then some, but the pizza crust itself had that perfect soft crunch that warms the soul. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the food I was given and I will likely be making regular stops here from now on whenever I'm in town. I'd recommend anyone looking for just plain GOOD pizza try here!

I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for a small pizza and 6 wings. As a result, everything was cold and not very good. If you only have one delivery driver, tell people the truth about delivery time, not the general time as I was given of 45 minutes. I would be hard pressed to order from them again. There are too many pizza places in the area that I'm sure can provide better delivery service.
Awesome Spinach and Feta pie! Vodka sauce, too.

We used Giovanni's for catering for a graduation party and the food was a hit at the party. Everyone wanted to know where we got the food because they loved it. The variety of food was excellent. In addition to a great variety of excellent food, there are several gluten free options which helped with dietary restrictions.

I used to work downtown and their steak salad with fries, eggs, and ranch dressing was my go-to lunch. After being away for over 10 years I had an overnight layover in Pittsburgh and all I could think about was getting my hands on this salad, which I did, and it was everything I remember it being! Their meatball hoagie and baked ziti are also incredible. Love Giovanni’s!

I spent $60 on rubber pizza, burned wings and $1 of mixed greens. I’m so tired of being ripped off.
