Gloria Jean's Coffees

Tried to order a chocolate frappe with a nondairy milk. I was told he wasn’t able to do that because “it doesn’t sound good” service is an absolute joke here.

Once upon a time I used to come up here and enjoy a chocolate coffee Even their regular coffee was awesome
No mind you it's been quite some time since I've stopped in for a coffee
Today I decided to buy the family something to drink from here
As expensive as it was everybody enjoyed their beverages except me

A chocolate coffee does not require whipped cream and all kind of other stuff in it to make it a chocolate coffee

The woman behind the counter stated it's not a chocolate coffee it's some kind of a latte or mocha or something and I said that's not what I asked for

I simply want a hot chocolate coffee the same as you've always made for years since you claim you haven't changed anything
Yet here I am returning a coffee for yet another coffee for a second failed attempt
After the second failed attempt I was about ready to request for a refund for my cup seeing how it was five bucks

I simply was nice and said can I just have a regular cup of coffee
So here I am holding a regular cup of coffee in my hand right now and it too for the third attempt tastes like crap

This is not the same Gloria jeans from once upon a Time Not the same owners not the same recipes not the same of anything other than the name

Another little company went down the shitter

The drinks menu is diverse and enjoyable.

My sister and I stop in for an iced cappuccino every time we go to the mall. This establishment is clean and the workers are friendly and quick.

I have been coming here for years especially after college
During my high school and college years this was my hang out the coffee and now the have Red Bull fused drinks

Mall coffee shop with small bakery items. I was not happy they made me pay for the honey to go into my $3.94 cup of tea. Rip-off.

Price on the bord was 4.00. Rang up 5.75 each. When questioned, the cashier said, "We've been telling them to change it." I said, "That's false advertising." He said, " Sorry, that's what it is." We won't be back.

Adorable little coffee shop in the mall! The staff were all very nice. Love the mug selection. I can't remember what cold coffee drinks we had, but 10/10 for me!
