I hate to give this location one star, service is extremely inefficient.
Last time they were late opening and it literally took an hour before the tea and boba pearls were ready.
It's also not in the safest area. Drug addicts and last week there was a homicide two doors down! Not their fault, but consistent slow service is reason for low rating.
Friendly staff, but c'mon! Time is money!

The bubble waffle is the best new food I've tried in years. I expressed to the man working how I needed to get moving to pick up deliveries for work. He insisted he could make it quickly. It took so long I received and was fired from two orders. I asked if I should just go, if it would be much longer. Every time he lied and said it was moments from ready. The impact of this lie was real and financial impacting my income and the rating my future income relies on.
I also asked for a lighter serving of bubbles in my drink.i was given some weird and yucky bubbles instead of The fewer number of normal ones which I requested and specified and clarified
