The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was attentive, and the food was excellent. What truly stood out was how accommodating they were with my gluten-free needs. Chef Phil personally walked me around each station, carefully explaining what I could eat, and even offered to prepare vegetables separately in the back to ensure there was no gluten exposure. My wife and I had a great time at the Grand Concourse in December 2025. The food was delicious and the ambiance was excellent. Our server, Neil, was very polite and courteous. Neil took time to explain the menu to us, and also took the time to explain to us some interesting things to do during our trip to Pittsburgh. We would love to return again in the future.

The atmosphere here is outstanding! The old train station features paired with the classy dining upped the experience tenfold. Along with that, the staff is absolutely amazing, hospitable, and professional. We had Neil as our waiter, and he is the most catering and personable I’ve ever met in my dining experiences.
