The quality of this place is off the charts, truly a local gem. The selection is small but the items themselves are incredible. The pasta is to die for. The honey she sells (Denglers) is the first genuine multi-cycle honey Ive tasted in Pittsburgh in 20 years. And the price? Totally reasonable. Please tip this hard working lady she hasnt been tipped in a decade. And we wonder why we cant have nice things...
My wife and I went to a pasta cooking class at Yvonne's and had such a great evening. Learning how to make the pasta was really neat and everyone in the group seemed all to really enjoy the evening. Definitely recommend doing this for a fun night out.
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Wandered in today and was greeted by three sweet women. The atmosphere was so pleasant. It almost reminds you of your grandma or aunties kitchen. Offered espresso and good convo. I bought some honey, pasta, and olive oil! Well worth the money. Made dinner tonight and my man loved it! I will be back.
