Been coming to this location for quite some time now, especially on January 2nd to celebrate my wife's sister's birthday (this was one of her favorites) who unfortunately is no longer with us. The food was delicious as usual but I cannot say the same for the service. Our server was not friendly, very impatient and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Just a little politeness and a smile goes a long way. It's very disappointing that this will be the last experience we will have at this location being that it's scheduled to close permanently on Feb 15th.

The NYE 2024 party was all it promised to be!! Great band great DJ. We got a table in the patio, but didn't want to stay there. Our waitress ALLISON made sure follow us to make sure we had drinks all night long. She was amazing. I cannot say enough about her.
Thank you to all who made this a wonderful event. The emcee was so fun. Thanks for a great night.

Very annoyed. They canceled our NYE's reservation a day before NYE citing a booking error. Now, left us scrambling to find last minute reservations for a party of 6. They did not even offer to comp us for another reservation in the future. This situation was poorly managed and I expected a lot better from management. I guess they do not care since they closing their doors in February.

How about having a reservation for NYE for a month, confirming it the day before via text and then canceling it less than 20 hours before our scheduled reservation??? How ignorant- maybe someone needs to learn to read a schedule and put one together correctly to accommodate.

Went there on 12/26/24, to enjoy our dinner. Sadly we were told that they would close at 8pm due to laque of staff that day. After taking to the operational manager Igor at the Rock Shop, we were offered to dine at the HRC. Thanks to the very attentive waitress who served our dinner. We enjoyed my 111th HRC visit to the fullest.
Our thoughts are with all the staff being played off on the upcoming closure of this beautiful location.

This was my first visit to this location, it's a bit smaller than some of the others but it's very nice. We arrived around 5pm on a Friday and we were immediately seated. The waitress was very attentive. My daughter's chicken strips came out a bit burned And The waitress was quick Offer up a replacement or To remove it from the check. Atmosphere was great and there was lots of fun memorabilia to peruse

Had a great experience at the Hard Rock Pittsburg. Nothing beats the atmosphere of a Hard Rock! Had an awesome waitress! Baby back ribs and wings were great. Keep up the good work A++
