Great experience!! If you are really lucky Dom will be your server. Everything was prompt, he kept our drinks full, and didn't let our food sit under a warmer to dry out.. The ribs, IMO, were the best value out of everything ordered.. they were super smoky, tender where expected, paired well with the fries (PRO TIP: ask for BBQ sauce on side)... The slaw could use some work (dry more like a salad) and the baked beans are our least favorite of everything. They had a strong taco taste.

It was very VERY VERY nice. The food was very tasty. I would probably visit again, but it will be the one in Philly since I live near Philadelphia, and I was in Pittsburgh with my son and my husband for a train museum. My husband was also happy to get 12 trains in 3, THREE, hours. He was happy. Anyway, I am not gonna type anymore and post it now. Went for the traditional Hard Rock Cafe experience, left disappointed. The meal was extremely expensive just for a mediocre taste. I think they may need to renovate because overall, this Hard Rock Cafe was very underwhelming.

As a kid I loved the Hard Rock. Been to them all over the world. But now it's nothing but weak expensive drinks and hamburgers. The $40 for a cover band (that was rescheduled and we were not notified) was ridiculous. Starlake is cheaper, and that's saying something.

Fairly priced, good food and excellent drinks.We were there to see Motorcycle Drive By, a killer cover band based out of Morgantown West Virginia, and they were amazing.The sound guy did an excellent job to make sure that the band sounded great.I'm a musician myself and unfortunately I had forgotten my earplugs BUT they have free packs at the door.Protect your ears.Awesome time at Hard Rock Cafe.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is on ground level and there are no steps to enter. They also have a convenient ramp up into both of the seating and dining sections.

What a joke. We waited 20 mins for a table and no one was there!?!?! I go to the bathroom while waiting for a table and no joke 20 tables available staff standing around doing nothing then the party of 4 after us gets sat right beside us and order before us, no waiter in site, me and my wife finally get up and leave and there’s 4 hosts standing doing absolutely nothing. What a terrible place. Never coming back or recommending to anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

We went to the Hard Rock for a show (four bands). I was able to get us a table for two at the very last minute. We had to share a table with another couple, but that's OK. I recommend making reservations in advance if you want to dine there during a show.The waitress was attentive to our needs. She was enjoying the music too!The place is very clean. Bathrooms clean. Despite there being a standing-room-only crowd.

Out of towner visiting. Great staff. They worked really hard to keep our large group happy. The Bangkok Shrimp were very good. But the BBQ Bacon Burger was the most bland restaurant burger I've ever had (fries were good though). Based on the staff I'd definitely come back, I just would avoid the burgers.
