The smash burger was average, fresh bun but dry beef patties. The fries were bad. They were in a big clump, the fries on the inside were cold and undercooked. The ones on the outside were soggy and limp.

Got here just before the lunch rush-hour and I must admit clean. Everything was fresh and the service was great. There were a few familiar faces behind the register I recognize from over the years of going to hell bistro and I knew that would be perfection. This is the go to place when you want to eat healthy, and have a good salad at the same time. This was a great experience and I have been a hello bistro Customer four years and I must admit I do not see myself ever stopping coming here. Keep up the great work because when it’s good, it’s great.

Hello Bistro Sienna used to be our favorite place to get takeout from. We started ordering takeout shortly after Hello Bistro Sienna opened and never had a problem. Now, we are having problems every time we order!!! THERE ARE ALWAYS 4 TO 5 TOPPINGS MISSING; THE LETTUCE IS SOAKED; AND WHEN YOU CALL AND ASK FOR A MANAGER, A 17 YEAR OLD GETS ON THE PHONE. Because of these recent problems, I would not recommend this salad place. I would Recommend ROOTS in OAKLAND. The salad is completely dry and they never forget a topping or get a topping wrong. Hello Bistro, you need to use a salad spinner after cleaning your lettuce. Also, you need to have a procedure for checking to make sure the toppings are correct. Finally, you need a mature, experienced, adult manager

Visited during a trip to Pittsburgh. The gentleman working behind the counter was incredibly friendly. He even took the time to quickly suggest attractions in the city and help us know what’s around and fun to do. While that’s not the primary reason to go to a restaurant, it was a positive part of the experience.The food was amazing too! Very healthy, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

NEVER ORDER FROM HEREThis is the worst location . You will ALWAYS have an issue. I ordered here twice with terrible results. I love the salads from hello bistro but this location is awful.First order- I ordered delivery through the Hello Bistro and was given a one hour time of delivery. I didn’t receive my food until 3 hours later. I called and asked about my order and they asked for a 4 digit code. I told them their app gives a 6 digit number. They said they won’t be able to find my order with the order number their own app gave me. They dont even understand their own ordering system. I did reach out to customer service and the did refund me.Second order- I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered through DoorDash since their own employees suggested I would have a better experience. I ordered and they did not take special instructions and advised to call the restaurant directly. called them and asked for extra croutons. They asked what my requested pick up time was. I advised I ordered through DoorDash for delivery. They asked what was my requested time for DoorDash?!? I ordered a Romain salad with cheddar cheese and croutons with a request for extra croutons. What I got: Romaine salad with a ton of chicken when I did not order any protein and goat cheese when I asked for cheddar cheese. I initially thought maybe my door dasher grabbed the wrong bag. Nope- my receipt was attached to the bag. I have no idea how you can mess up such a simple salad.
