Good food but don't order pickup. Instead order there and wait. They do not manage pickup and it is placed on a wall for anyone to grab or tamper with. I thought my bag had been opened at first the way it was placed on the shelf.
They have good gluten free and dairy free options. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun and I liked it. Will order again but in person instead.

Nicest staff in the world. Ordering ahead is the best route, but sometimes the pre-ordered salads are missing ingredients or have smaller amounts, but they always hook you up if you ask. Can't say enough good things about the staff there.

My friend and I went to eat at Hello Bistro downtown today and had a fantastic experience. We ordered online and selected the Bistro-to-go option. I arrived when my order confirmation estimated that my food would be ready and it was waiting for me upon my arrival. My friend waited for her food to arrive, and after some time had passed, Bill approached us to help check on our order. To our surprise, my friend never finalized her order. Bill kindly helped us place her order and had it expedited to make up for the delay. It was so kind and really made our day! Thank you, Bill - we really appreciated your attention and kindness.

I keep giving this place a chance, hoping that it'll improve, but it never does. The service is laughably slow. I waited almost 30 min for a cold wrap, that I ordered in store, at a time when Google catigorized it as shower than usual. It's dirty, The food isn't worth the money. It's hard to find aneurysm in town that isn't prohibitively expensive to get something healthy, and this is definitely not the place either.

Expensive but worth every cent! Smash burger, fire ?, build your own salad, also fire ?. They have me my mozzarella balls on the side because they packed my salad so full which I super appreciated.

The smash burger was average, fresh bun but dry beef patties. The fries were bad. They were in a big clump, the fries on the inside were cold and undercooked. The ones on the outside were soggy and limp.

Got here just before the lunch rush-hour and I must admit clean. Everything was fresh and the service was great. There were a few familiar faces behind the register I recognize from over the years of going to hell bistro and I knew that would be perfection. This is the go to place when you want to eat healthy, and have a good salad at the same time. This was a great experience and I have been a hello bistro Customer four years and I must admit I do not see myself ever stopping coming here. Keep up the great work because when it’s good, it’s great.
Best burger and fries. Best ranch. I will come again.

Hello Bistro Sienna used to be our favorite place to get takeout from. We started ordering takeout shortly after Hello Bistro Sienna opened and never had a problem. Now, we are having problems every time we order!!! THERE ARE ALWAYS 4 TO 5 TOPPINGS MISSING; THE LETTUCE IS SOAKED; AND WHEN YOU CALL AND ASK FOR A MANAGER, A 17 YEAR OLD GETS ON THE PHONE. Because of these recent problems, I would not recommend this salad place. I would Recommend ROOTS in OAKLAND. The salad is completely dry and they never forget a topping or get a topping wrong. Hello Bistro, you need to use a salad spinner after cleaning your lettuce. Also, you need to have a procedure for checking to make sure the toppings are correct. Finally, you need a mature, experienced, adult manager
