Food is fresh and prepped right in front of you. Employees...meh. Forgot complete order, forgot salad dressing on the side, forgot to be nice. Luckily, the food (burger and 3 different wraps) were really good!

The manager here is literally the nicest person in the world, and makes my day every time I see her. Sometimes people walk in a bad mood and leave in a good mood just because she's just so kind. I'm assuming she's a manager anyways. Also: I'm really sad they don't have ham chunks for salad anymore.

Delicious plantbase dinner prepard Aiyana. She went above and beyond to insure that I only had in my salad what I ordered👀. 10 hours into my 12hr shift I'd realized I had not eaten. Rushing to get back to work she loaded the toppings as I picked them. In a rymthic groove she stopped, she'd noticed bacon bits in the pickled red onions 🤢🤮. She offered to replace them recalling my protien choice was tofu. I skipped the onions, but her attention to detail brighten the rest of that stressful shift. Gratitude Aiyana you a star to me 🤗

They make salads. It was edible. We didn't get sick. Although this definitely looks like a place that you would get sick from eating there. Our salads had most items we asked for, and several things we didn't ask for. 🤷🏻♂️It's a eating facility in a college area, so it is what it is?

Jeff and his team are all fantastic!! Their friendly, courteous spirits are a breath of fresh air! I can’t thank this crew enough for their hardworking and dedication to the Oakland area! Great atmosphere along with quality food!!
Placed a DoorDash order for a salad, chicken noodle soup, french fries and a drink. I did not get my salad dressing, my side of ranch for my fries, and there were ingredients in my salad that I did not order. Also was not given any silverware or napkins. Seems like pure laziness. Do better, who wants a dry ass salad??

I have been going to this location for years. The staff changed since I last been there, which is understandable. However, it has changed for the worst. The woman who took my order seemed overwhelmed and in charge of everything. She was rude while taking my order. She rushed my order, to the point that I would forget items like a drink and when I would ask for what I forgot. She would roll her eyes and had a poor demeanor for customer service. The good news is the food was great. The bad news is the service sucked. Yes they were short staff, but quality customer service should still come first. I have worked in short staff restaurants and you just don't take your frustration out on customers helping to keep things running so employees can have a job.
