Asked for separate checks and they gave a separate check per item rather than person, and attached a 20% gratuity to each item additionally. Previously their gratuity system was for large parties, so I’m unsure of why a party of 3 is being charged a separate 20% for each individual item we ordered.

Food and atmosphere is fine enough but the service at this place is comically bad. The last two times I went here it was borderline impossible to get the waitress to get you a glass of water. We had to ask her to give us the check and she seemed inconvenienced. Not coming back here until she stops working here, which is unfortunate because I like a place that serves pitchers.

Right off campus this is a down to business drinking establishment. We visited on Long Island Iced Tea night and the bartenders were amazing to watch making pitcher after pitcher. Ordered a few sandwiches - grilled chicken was breast was cold, under cooked (microwave)? No worries, food here is secondary. CHEERS!
The gratuity rule is weird, not exceeding $100 or 6 people but charged. Also, the drink price in menu not matching ones on bill.

This is a cool little dive bar we visited while touring Pitt’s campus. I was told it is the place to go for students, so we had to check it out. It’s a nice old school bar with a nice sized bar with booths and tables for groups. We grabbed some pub grub which hit the spot on a hot Saturday afternoon. Their beer list was also good with some nice local craft brews on tap. Service was nice and attentive, and the food came out pretty quickly. Definitely a good spot to visit while at Pitt to get the local flavor!

Had no idea what this was about, ordered at the bar, sat at a table, waitress came around and said we can’t sit at a table since we ordered at the bar. The place was 90% empty, but whatever. The cocktail was fine.

I won 3rd place in trivia. My tot-chos were sublime. I love hems!
Mandatory 20% tip because they couldn't get a single tip without it. Terrible service is an understatement

Served cold fries and hotter hate,
Charged me twice just to berate.
Bartender barked like a rabid mutt.
Left that dump mid-beer, stomach in a rut.

Trivia night is fun but the waitress obviously hated us after asking for simple things like water, and brought us our food cold. There was an unstated, mandatory 20% tip to boost.
Food was so gross, the service was terrible, and the waitress was so incredibly rude and had ZERO partiality! Do not waste your time or money here!
Had the chicken parmigiana sandwich and it was great! Typical college campus bar with TVs to watch sports on.
Some really good value deals. Great service from the bar staff. Clean. Felt like a pretty chilled out and safe place. Multiple TVs showing different sports was a plus point for me.
Nice happy hour prices. I had a Cobb salad that was good. Friendly staff.
