Looking for the best decaf in town? Tim takes great pride in sourcing single origin beans that he then roasts and the result is coffee with flavor and depth. There are 5 decafs in rotation for roasting.
For caffeine lovers there's a wide range of beans and roasts to give everyone choice (including a light roast).
Bonus for some yummy sweet treats and a variety of other drinks options (chai, matcha, latte, teas).
A great atmosphere, fun to talk with human (tim), and cozy place to spend some time!

My family and I used to live right down the street and remember when Hilltop coffee first opened. The owners were always nice and we would enjoy the the easy access to a local coffee shop, as it was within a two minute walk from where we lived. We recently revisited after a few years and I immediately found myself wishing I still lived close by. Tim( their new coffee roaster)offers exceptional service right upon entering. I found myself delighted with his friendliness, service and knowledge of his product. I had not planned on buying anything other than a sweet treat for my daughter because I had already had my morning coffee but after being given a sample of some of his wonderfully roasted coffee, I was won over and had to buy some for later. I usually add cream and sugar to the coffee I buy from the store but Tim's roasts are some that can be enjoyed without cream or sugar which is what I usually look for when buying good coffee. The prices are also reasonable which is a huge plus. Although, I no longer live within walking distance, I will definitely make the fifteen minute drive to Hilltop in the future. Thanks, Tim.

It was such a delightful afternoon coffee experience. Tim treated me to a sample of the drip while I waited for my espresso, then upon finding out I enjoy cold brew he prepared a cold brew cupping. Lovely place, will be back and highly recommend!

Love Hilltop Coffee! I discovered it a few months ago and have visited on several occasions. Tim is super pleasant and immensely helpful. He goes the extra mile and is super knowledgeable on the coffee roasting process and many things coffee-related to perfect the quality of drinks they serve. Very relaxed atmosphere and has baked goods from a local bakery. This spot has top-notch cold brew in my opinion. Parking has never been an issue. Highly recommend.
