Amazing staff Dale The best bartender. Atmosphere modern urban. Parking limited. But service and staffing makes this place. Stop in!!!!! This is a must hit location. Beer is phenomenal.

Easily one of the top breweries in the area. Not only are their beers unique and tasty, but they generally have something that will please everyone.Some of the best beers I've had have come from Hitchhiker and while their cans are good in a pinch, their on tap beers are well worth the trip.My only knock is they need to expand somewhere else with more seating and do a food menu of their own rather than relying on food trucks which can be hit or miss (can't remove a star...
