Order was delivered wrong first time. Food was OK. Service was very limited. I got the feeling we were an inconvenience rather than a customer.

It's okay. The atmosphere is what you'd expect at a sports bar. We had more service from 2 random customers than the employees LOL. We were waiting rather long on drinks at some point, as they don't seem to check up on you ever. They have selective vision for people just arriving to the bar and seem to close their eyes whenever you sit down. A CUSTOMER gave us half a pizza, which saved us a lot of trouble, apparently, looking at the other reviews. My partner's mother was waiting for her beer, which was put through before enough time for her to finish her first beer. Keep in mind this is a CORONA BOTTLE, which you just plop on the bar. We got our mixed drinks before.
When she brought this up, she was ignored the first time, and she seemed to be waved off the second time as if it was her problem (she did get it after).

The other bartender was way more attentive and even seemed to be newer. The only reason why service is 2 stars instead of 1.

We still had quite a fun time because we started playing darts. They have a nice row of dart machines, so it counts it for you if you can't be bothered to note scores down.

This should be your only Station Square destination. Not because it's 1 of the 4 things left. Because it's awesome. Solid breakfast. The bartender Ruth is top shelf. And there's pool tables and dart boards available. Stop down... Do it

Hot Sunday evening, stopped in for a cold beer and a quick appetizer before we got on the gatewayclipper. Server dropped off our zucchini and ran before I could even ask for ranch. She seemed super annoyed that I needed something. Ended up eating our whole app and not once did she stop by to check on us. Absolutely horrible service.

Stopped in on a Sunday at 2pm one person waiting bartending. Couldn’t get them to give us a drink so we left. Poor service. Sad to see everything is closed in station square. Hopefully someone revitalizes the area. Such a nice location.

I only put the food at a 4 of 5 because my burger was just above room temp when I got it but I am understanding. It was lunch time on 4th of July and they were slammed. It tasted good. Definitely should have got the second patty on my home run. Loved the location in station square being near the Riveters/Riverhounds complex. Would go back again but maybe not on the 4th.

Food and sports bar decor were OK. They were open later than other places at Station Square, and there was no wait to get a table. However, customer service here was lacking. Servers’ attitudes were surly, which was tiresome after a long day. I should have checked online reviews to set my expectations for table service before entering this place. It is a bar with a kitchen and grumpy servers.

This place was an absolute strikeout. My group of six came here to eat on 6/18/25. My son was playing in an event at Highmark Stadium and had 3 hours between games, so we took the short walk to this restaurant to grab something to eat between. We sat ourselves and Noted it took quite a while to get a server. Once we did, everyone ordered hamburgers, except one personal pizza, and one grilled chicken sandwich. When we got there there were only 3 other booths with 4 people max in each. 2 kids playing pool and 2 couples at the bar. The kids playing pool had already had their food. The couples at the bar came and went, never ordering food. There were 4 waitresses/bartenders and one cook. So basically I server per table. Over an hour and we still never received food or an update. We had asked at this point and told it was coming. 15 minutes later inquired and was told the pizza was just about ready and burgers were on the grill. We explained it had been just shy of 2 hours at this point and we would not have the time to eat it, and refused the food. As we were getting ready to leave they brought a bag of food to the table and a bill. Food we refused and a bill for the entire original cost. We were in such a hurry we had to pay and run. We tried to eat on the walk, having to throw 3 of the 4 burgers away and all the fries, as the venue does not allow outside food. By far the worst service, dingy atmosphere, and the food wasn’t even good. How do you mess up burgers and pizza? Pizza was swimming in oil and burgers were clearly boxed frozen patties on crumbly dry buns. Horrible experience absolutely disregarded by staff.
In response to the reply from the business…
There were 4 employees who kept going behind the bar. 2 waitresses that had stopped at our table, and 2 others that had not. No one identified themselves as a waitress or bartender but they were all back there at some point. When we arrived, only the booths acrossed the front window were occupied, when we left, not another table was occupied. And as stated, the individuals at the bar and playing pool who either did not eat or had their food. We brought the issue up with our waitress, who could have been the manager, who would know, and we were told, “yeah, I don’t know why they would have such a small kitchen.” There was certainly not a lot of people in the establishment. The kitchen is simply not equipped to run the menu presented and the staff, though kind enough, do not communicate expectations. Had someone said food would take an hour, we would not have ordered. Instead of apologizing for a terrible experience and bad food, it seems the individual responding to this is poorly equipped for appropriate customer service and resolution.

Sat down at a both, waited 10 minutes. No one ever did anything. It was like I was invisible, no waiter/waitress, no menu, nothing…….it’s a Wednesday evening…not really busy….
